The World of Linaria is a vibrant land with an unsettled past.
Warfare has shaped much of the world’s history, and its many races do not happily coexist.
With princes and exiles vying for control, different streams of magic tipping the balance of power, and dragons swooping in to dominate the battlefields, Linaria’s future seems uncertain.
This guide is your companion to the World of Linaria part 1 – which covers the first three novels in this epic fantasy series; Moroda, Palom, and Amarah. Discover the characters who are shaping the future of the world and how their pasts intertwine.

Hello fellow book dragon! Thank you for visiting my author page. :)
My name is Lauren, I'm a fantasy author of character-driven stories and epic adventure. My books usually contain dragons, rarely feature romance, and are typically fun and hopeful.
I have a degree in Psychology and a fascination with MBTI (I'm an INFJ!). I'm a petrol head and thalassophile, and adore castles, sunshine, and dragons. I've always lost myself in fantasy worlds, and it's been an incredible achievement to publish my own.
If you send a friend request and we don't have any similar interests or books in common, I'll probably decline. Feel free to follow me, though.

Gorgeous illustrations, vast histories, and layered characters breathe life into the Expanded Companion Guide, World of Linaria. From dragons, ancient magic, and sky pirates, it will appeal to all sorts of fantasy fans. I now feel optimally equipped to dive into the World of Linaria series, low-key hoping to find out more about Traego. I love sky pirates, and I love sky pirate captains, but even the illustration of his character is—compared to the badass, mugging poses of the others—just brimming with YOLO vibe, lol. I love it.
This is a lovely addition to the series (and I wish more epic fantasy would do these - and not just as £40+ illustrated editions that feel like a cash grab). This genuinely helped me to understand more of this series and to get my hyped for the books I have yet to read! The art is gorgeous too.
this was an amazing way to get to know the world of Linaria and its people better.
i loved that i could put a face to the characters and to learn more about them and their personality.
knowing about all the wars was so important, now i can understand better why some characters don’t like each other, and the glossary at the end came in so handy, whenever i don’t remember something i can just go there and have a look!
“The stories show that you can be as powerful as a tiger and still hit rock bottom. You can be born with all the money you’ll ever want or need and still end up in prison. You can be as humble as a farm boy and youngest child, and still rise to greatness. You can be royal and powerless. You can be surrounded by friends and still feel alone. You can forge your own path and be seen as a leader or a vigilante”
