A practical, easy-to-read pathway to a stronger mind.

The author combines his own story and experiences with multiple external references and research studies to provide extremely practical advice and good tips on mind training.

This is a good introduction to the basics of learning how to become more focused, make better decisions, and generate improved outcomes. The book provides a solid foundation with practical tips and clearly explained techniques for building a stronger mind.

I do have two qualms, however. First, 30% of the book is the appendix, which consists mostly of footnote references and citations. This made the book feel less than worthy of its price. Second, numerous grammatical errors starting popping up in the last third of the core content, almost as if an editor had stopped reading two-thirds of the way through, or the last third was rushed and unedited.

Overall though, it is an easy-to-read book and worth a read for those interested in improving one’s mental capabilities.
