Dr. Tina aka "the doctor-nurse". Described as a “God-fearing, science-loving and status quo challenging revolutionary!”. She is the founder of CNATOMD which is a business that mentors, assists, and guides those interested in pursuing healthcare careers. CNATOMD provides guidance independent of constraints faced secondary to gender, race, class, or education. She is passionate about the critical role that women and minorities play in solving the healthcare crisis in America. With over ten years of experience as an effective mentor, Dr. Tina is known for using nonconformist and innovative strategies to move mentees and audiences to execute their personal blueprints and achieve their goals. Dr. Tina graduated from nursing school over a decade ago and went on to pursue further education graduating with a Medical Degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2014. She completed a surgical internship and is currently completing subspecialized training in Cardiothoracic and Trauma Radiology. Dr. Tina and her husband Kellen currently live in Seattle with their two daughters; London and Sydney.
