Sapphire & Ace : A Dirty South Love Affair
Did you ever think that you had everything figured out and life was perfect? That was Sapphire Black. She had everything she ever a flourishing business, a great relationship with her family, and the man of her dreams. Only problem with that is his crazy jump off from over the past year is not trying to let that happen. Aries is Ace’s brother and quite a ladies’ man. While juggling his baby mama and side piece, he runs into the feisty Topaz Black. The two cross paths, and it’s nothing less than explosive from the beginning, but he has a few problems that stands in his a crazy baby mama and an obsessive side chick. How will he be able to juggle all three without incident? Topaz is the feisty, mouthy sister that definitely has no filter. She seems tough on the outside, but all she really wants is for the right one to come along and love her properly. She thought that was Tee, but he can’t seem to let go of his mama, so she doesn’t stick around for that. Meeting the outspoken Aries Diamond was different for her, but it is welcomed, to an extent. He comes with too many issues, but something keeps her drawn to him. Will these couples figure their lives out without incident, or will there be turmoil in the Dirty South?

Awesome Awesome Awesome 👏🏾
Omgeee this book was so good. I’m not sure if it’s a new author but it’s my first read from her and I’m impressed. I absolutely love Ace and Sapphire’s relationship. Remo showing up years later was stupid and makes me think he’s up to something. Aries was getting on my last nerve. I think Topaz will be the one to tame his ass. Yanna was tripping I get that she’s upset but to run off for days at a time like she doesn’t have a child was just dumb. However she deserves someone who treats her right and that ain’t Aries. Keeria is just dumb as a box of rocks. Penny just capital CRAZY! I can’t wait for book 2 I’m hoping Aries and baby girl are okay and they figure out who is out to get them. I wouldn’t be surprised if Remo Keeria and Penny are all working together.

It's War Time!!!
Keeria is just dumb anyway. I get you thought that you had a baller and he has a girl and a baby, he was just using you for sex and you fell in love. Dummy. Aries is a dummy too for getting caught up. Yanna is dumb also going over to Keeeria's house and stomping her out. She didn't think about going to jail and not seeing your daughter. Then you laid up with a man you don't know anything about. He could be a murderer for all you know. Aries and Yanna should go their separate ways. Penny is delusional, desperate and a stalker. She isn't going to give up Ace. Ace is going to kill her. Topez got her own problems dealing with Tee the mama's boy. Sapphire is going to have problems dealing with Remo. Now Remo wants his ole thing back, but she got a new man. The only person who don't have any problems is Onyx. Can't wait for part 2

Yeah Some Good Stuff!
The writer gives us a good paced story that reads like a winding road. The action is non stop and comedic timing is right on time. I love that we get to see some responsible adults,who act as parents. I love the dynamics of the relationships in this story,everyone just want to live life and be themselves. Now there are a few little mysteries going on and that's exactly who is this Markel that has Yanni moving different.Why all of a sudden Keera with Rashad,what happened to Penny crazy self?Also what's up with Tee and his momma?But the biggie is who shot Aries and his daughter? Yeah This a spoiler alert .Hopefully the next installment won't take too long.

Good read
Ok. I enjoyed Fee and ace situation. It was cute and I respect how ace tried to cut ties with Penny before stepping to Sapphire. Now what I didn't enjoy was how Aries dogged these woman without a care in the world and put all the blame on them. Then him and Topaz situation is crazy like you see he has a baby mama and side chick but you still mess with him smh. He kept making it seem like Keeria got herself pregnant like dude it takes 2 and just because a man doesn't want the kid does not mean abortion is the best solution. I over the Aries character. No happy ending for him he needs some Karma to humble his ass

Great book
I must say for this to be her first book it was so good page turner from the beginning. I feel bad for Aries i hope that him and baby girl are okay and who is after them i want to know. Poor Sapphire that girl penny is crazy and Why is her ex back nothing was happening to her until he came back maybe they are working together. I like Ace for her i hope they make it. Topaz is cool as well that ex of hers is really a mama boy how you call your mom after sex that’s just crazy. I hope her and Aries get together they would be a cute couple

I love the sisters as well as the brothers in this book. I like how ace came into sapphire left and made her love again, I am happy for Aries and toapz, they are perfect for each other. To bad remo can't let go, he was wrong for how he treated sapphire. I am ready to start reading part 2. Love the way everyone has a job and a business. The type of family the couples have is the best. I hope that Aries daughter did not die, she doesn't deserve that. I hope that they can find out who is the person being everything.

Things went downhill fast towards the end. I love Sapphire, Topaz, Jade, and Onyx relationship with each other and their family. Ace is a good catch but for Penny’s crazy self lurking. Aries is a dog and who has time to teach his but how to be a man? Topaz would be trading that mamas boy Tee in for another set of problems! I wonder if something is up with Markell and why is Remo popping up all of a sudden after years?

Great Read
This is my first read by this author, but not my last. Enjoyed the storyline and these characters. It flowed really well and characters were well developed. It was full of drama and more drama. I like Ace and Aries and their brotherly bond. Liking Sapphire and Topaz for the brothers. It's some twist and turns that I didn't see coming and didn't expect that ending. Hope they're alright. Now on to the next installment, to see how it all unfolds. Great job Tacarra.

This cliffhanger has me so in my feelings especially with what happened to Aries and Ianni. I think that Iyanna is making a huge mistake being with Markel and it's something not right about him. I can't wait to see what happens next with what Ace and Sapphire got going on also.

I find the sisterhood and brotherhood to be awesome. The family roles are good and they just flow throughout the book. Who shot Aries and that poor baby girl, hopefully she didn't get hit!

The Diamond boys are something else, especially Aries. Aries is caught up a chaos of his own making and seems like Karma is a coming calling! That ending was shocker and hope at least Anni makes it out. Sapphire and Ace are good for each other, if they can make pass their exes. Can't wait to see what happens next!!

The writing was just not great. I don’t know books where the female character appeals to the male character by putting down other women he has been with or is with. I hate that “I’m not like those other women you dated so that’s why you need to treat me with respect but I’m okay with you disrespecting other women.” I hate that and this book is full on characteristic in the female characters.
