not great

This book was only OK. There was some valid information in there, and some of it is motivating, but so much of it is so weirdly put together it makes the entire book very distracting. The photos are placed on top of the text, cutting things off, which is super weird, and the photos themselves are stupid and completely irrelevant. Good information, badly put together.

Interesting topic

This book provides some good information about EQ including tips to mastering one’s own. It could be a valuable resource for those looking to learn about EQ for the first time.
I was distracted by the irrelevant photos every few pages, and frequent writing or format errors. This book needs a professional editor.

I love the phrase “you are either a victim of your emotions or a master of them.” A great resource to revisit!
