This is a wonderful book about the corruption of Tennessee Governor Ray Blanton and his administration. This book does a great job describing how the corruption occurred, in the selling of pardons and the granting of liquor store licenses. For people interested in how governmental corruption occurs, this book is worth your time. For followers of Tennessee political history, this is a must read.
