Rate this book
Space has become one of the key issues in interior design today. Whether you live in a tiny studio apartment or a three-bedroom house, the secret lies in knowing how to use the space you have to its full potential. In Organized Living, Dawna Walter teaches you how to assess your needs and lifestyle, plan your space creatively, and make existing living areas work more effectively. She explores smart storage solutions for every room in the house - the kitchen, bedrooms, the home office, even hallways - and for all tastes and budgets. A directory of the best storage products available (from drawer dividers to hanging shelves to portable wardrobes) not only helps you to make the right choices but also shows that storage can be stylish as well as functional. In addition, Walter provides simple timesaving strategies, whether for entertaining guests or sorting the laundry, that free you up for the more enjoyable things in life. Created for the busy homeowner, Organized Living is nothing less than a lifesaving tool in these cluttered times. (8 1/2 x 11, 160 pages, color photos)

I love this book. I refer to it all the time. It's great for inspiration decorating in the rest of the house, too.
