Itsy encounters Handy, a many armed fellow who makes atoms. He teaches her to make make atoms from protons, neutrons, and electrons. Handy says he makes atomic nuclei from protons and adds neutrons to keep the protons from repelling each other. He then spins electrons around a nucleus to complete the atom. Itsy also learns that 100 kinds of atoms are enough to build the world and everything in it. She wakes from the dream and her mother explains more about the meaning of her dream.
