I own another one of his books so I thought I'd try this one. Once again, Alterman does it. I learned more about finding and working on new monologues in this book, then ever before.

A good actor's resource on choosing, editing, and preparing audition material. Where other books give the whole picture (and this one does overview the process), the focus is on the material, and what makes a good for for YOU. The last 75 pages or so are audition monologues and examples of editing.
