Wyatt Lazarus's ex-fiancée betrayed him in the vilest of ways, and he failed to see it coming. Now alone and ashamed, the unquenchable influence of his sin fuels his anger. Instead of redeeming sinners—he ends them. Wrath becomes his identity until a brutal mistake throws him into the path of a cheeky yoga instructor in need of a savior.
Misha Minski believes in karma, but after years of suffering blackmail from an old mafia acquaintance, it’s hard to stay strong. Soon her number is up. Rather than spend her last days wallowing in self pity, she’s determined to enjoy one last night of pleasure with her new mysterious protector, but instead, finds something much more—a future.
But when the evil Syndicate join forces with Misha’s psychopathic blackmailer, Wyatt must push through his bitterness and reunite with his heroic family, or the woman who gave him back his voice will be lost to him forever.
The Black Dagger Brotherhood meets The Avengers in this epic series where the heroes are as deadly as the sins they were created to fight. Full of sizzling romance, fated mates, band of warriors, alpha heroes and strong heroines. If you like your superhero shows, but want more romance from your Lois and Clarke, then you’ll fall head over heels the Deadly Seven.
Lana lives in Perth, Western Australia and loves writing Paranormal/ Fantasy and Sci-fi Romance. When she’s not writing, you’ll find her creating art and designing book covers. She also fights evil by moonlight, wins love by daylight and never runs from a real fight.
📖 𝗦𝘆𝗻𝗼𝗽𝘀𝗶𝘀: Wyatt's former fiance was using him to supply his enemies with information. And instead of moving on from her, he runs away from his family and his life and his role in the Deadly Seven. When he lands in a small town, a Michilen-star chef working at a Perogi place, he meets Misha who is the balance he needs for his Wrath.
🌟 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄: Out of all of the books so far, this was my favorite. Wyatt was such a fun character and hisnrelationship with Misha was great. But really the writing was the best of any of the three, which was a nice surprise. The story was easily digestible.
I'm keeping this series as a comfort read when I need a pallette cleanser, so I'm positive I'll finish it.
After suffering the awful betrayal from his ex fiancée (man, was she a slimy piece of work) Wrath hid away from his family, his life, and especially himself. He had a lot of pent up anger and no good way to channel it out. On one hand, I felt sorry for him. Yet on the other, I really wanted to kick his butt in to high gear and pull his head out of his massive pity party!
Misha was Wyatt’s opposite. Where he was brooding anger and an exercise in frustration, Misha was extreme positivity and light hearted silliness. That’s not to say she didn’t have her own burdens. Misha was loyal to her family and would sacrifice her life for them, but she also held a lot of pent up resentment for her responsibilities, whether she acknowledged them or not.
These two ran really hot and cold on the romantic aspects. Burning up the sheets one moment, dodging one another in the next breath. Because of their pasts, Wyatt and Misha were both very distrustful and sometimes it blinded them to the possibilities their relationship could have.
Overall, this was a good, yet sometimes frustrating read because Wyatt and Misha were so bull headed! They do eventually come around, but it was a lesson in reader patience! The Syndicate plot had a few twists and then there’s Sloan! I am so glad her story drops tomorrow!!
Arghhhh, noooo. I'm right back to frustration. This started out SO GOOD. Wyatt was everything I love in a damaged hero. Scarred, silent, broody, dark... GAH! I melted! I swooned! I fanned myself!
But then... The angst arrived. 😩
WHY?!? Misha was so annoying, flip-flopping back and forth with her commitment/trust issues, that it drove me to rage. I nearly throew my Kindle out the window half a dozen times, and my poor husband had to counsel me with anger management advice.
(Funny 'cause I was reading Wrath's book, right? HEH. No.)
I'm really enjoying these books and the ongoing plot/world, but I need a break from the drama, sadly.
The third book in my favourite 2020 series written by the gorgeous Lana Pecherczyk!
I have had felt anger in the past when reading a book... But it was mostly because of the disappointment the story brought. It was not a case here! I felt anger cause I simply fell for the hero and his feelings. That's what great writing is!
Thank you, Lana, for taking me in once again into a world of adventure, superheroes and steamy love.
The story was interesting enough and I was curious about seeing Wyatt facing what had happened to him and liked that part, but for the rest I didn't really connect or was particularly invested in either of the protagonists and their relationship. Wyatt was ok, but he didn't stand out and I stand by my tastes that broody and hotheaded it’s not my type. Misha I tried but I couldn’t really like her, there’s nothing wrong with her and I have loved characters with insistent cheerfulness, but here her personality just was not for me and I didn't get attached to her. The best parts where the ones with the family together but there were not many of those.
In this sequence we have the Wyatt’s story. I confess that I was curious about him- the guilt that he carries and how he manages this. I wasn't disappointed, but this isn’t my favorite book so far. I liked Misha, but also thought she was irresponsible many times… I understand the whole protective vibes from her, but she was stubborn and many times refused help. Wyatt, well… he realized that he can trust in her too late, and this frustrated me, but in the end everything was fixed. I love this series, and definitely recommend it to anyone who loves superheroes with a touch of romance in them.
I totally enjoyed this entry into the Deadly Seven series. This is a grumpy/sunshine romance. Wyatt is the grump. His sin is wrath. He can feel in others but there is always the risk of wrath overtaking him. And he’s been walking a very thin line.
In previous books we learn he was very badly betrayed by the woman he thought was his mate. But it turned out she was only using him as she worked for the Syndicate, the evil group responsible for the creation of the superhero siblings. It was bad enough that she betrayed him but she also caused a serious rift between Wyatt and his family, especially Griffin, his youngest and closest brother.
As this book opens, he has left his family, feeling he’s not worthy to be around them. He ends up getting involved with a restaurant owning Polis family and when he meets Misha, the eldest daughter, though wanting to deny it, he recognizes her as his mate. Just being in her presence calms his overwhelming rage.
Because he’s brought trouble to their house, he gets hired as a cook in their restaurant. Being a world famous class chef and they own a simple small restaurant, their different approaches are enchantingly amusing. Much to his absolute horror, they use - are you ready for this? - potato flakes - in some of their dishes.
But the family unknowingly except for Misha is in dire circumstances and expected to pay “protection” money to the local Russian mob. And not only that but the leader of this mob branch is in cahoots with the Syndicate, the ones who are after our superheroes.
I love Wyatt. He’s still in a lot of pain from his past. He’s very moody and, well, grumpy through most of the book. This is one of my favourite kinds of heroes. And though she makes some bad decisions, I like Misha quite a bit. Considering everything going on in her life, she has a very positive outlook on life. Wrath is a great entry in the series and I’m looking forward to the next book.
This started off really well, but by the end Misha was getting on my nerves. She is described as someone who always focuses on the positives, but she just read as a person who can’t take anything seriously and who turned everything into a sexual joke. She was also so reckless in the last half. Her relationship with Wyatt became very bland and boring as well. So just a three stars for me.
Everyone I think nothing can top the last book in the series, I read the next one and I’m floored by just how good the story is
Wyatt struggled with his sin after finding out his any brother had been right about his ex all along. But meeting Misha may change is life.
Misha is so carefree and fun loving. She has to reservations about doing what she wants. She is the sun to Wyatt’s stormy skies. The way the author shows how each one compliments the other personality is perfect. I was rooting for them from the moment she climbed drunkenly into his bed.
As the overarching story progresses we are given more hints and surprises that make me eager for the next installment. I thought Wyatt’s story was going to be my favorite but reading Sloan’s chapter makes me anticipate hers so much more than I thought I would.
I love Wyatt. Love all The Deadly 7 books. I love Lana, she's an amazing writer but Misha, urgh, cannot stand her. This is not to say she's badly written because she isn't, its her personality that annoys the s**t out of me. She is solely responsible for this book getting 4 stars and not 5.
I did not want to put this down. I was completely hooked. I love how fast-paced it was, and I love the author's writing. This was my first book in the series and I will definitely have to go back to book 1. This one was so good, so I'm excited to get caught up. If you are like me and start with this one, you won't be lost. It can be read as a standalone, but if they read it in order, it will be a better experience. If you want a book with drama and action and fated mates, this is a good book to read. Wyatt was deeply betrayed by his ex-fiance. Because of that, he kind of shuts down and runs away from his family. He is left scared mentally and physically. He vows to never let someone get that close again. That is until he meets Misha. It turns out she's his mate. Can he find a way to trust her or will his trust issues get in the way? Misha owns a yoga studio. It's her escape. Misha has taken on the mother figure of her siblings and when her family's restaurant keeps getting attacked she will do anything to help them. Even if that means working for the Bratva. Her family doesn't know that she had made a deal with them. And when they hire a new cook who protects them from the bratva, it doesn't go well for her. She's attracted to the new cook, but she's afraid of commitment. She doesn't think she is good enough for him. Over time, she begins to hope for a better future. Can he show her that they are meant to be?
Whhaaaaa this one was also awesome !!! I loved it so much, I didn't think I would love Wyatt so much, he wasn't my favourite in Envy, I just wanted to wake up but seeing this book, it was heartbreaking...
Wyatt feels deeply the betrayal of his ex-fiancée, seeing her died not just once but twice was a trauma that lead to his escape. After several months, he's back in Cardinal City but not at home, he still feels ashamed of his behaviour, of not trusting his brother, of being dumb enough to believe anything Sara said, love, can destroy all. with still no voice, Wyatt stumbles in front of a Polish restaurant needing a cook but also help against the Russian mob. Against all odds, Wyatt starts healing with the help of the family-owned restaurant but most of all because of his mate who literally crashed into him on a drunken night. Misha has been working for so long to protect her family from the Russian mob and all that it brings, but now her time is limited, the situation went bad so fast, and she wasn't ready to stumble on the gorgeous mute chef now working for her father. She's strong, fierce but also has this vulnerable side that only Wyatt can see. Between tension, healing, doubt, the Syndicate bring its game on and allies with the Russian mob, ready to put the city on fire.
Wyatt and Misha are meant to be together, and they are at the moment my favourite couple !! Now, I'm so ready for Sloan, I hope she's gonna bring it on and make Max suffer. I'm sure that behind her slothfulness, she's mischievous and doesn't like to loos the upper hand.
Learning how deep his fiancee’s deceit went pessimist Wyatt ‘Wrath’ Lazarus and his daily reminder of Sarah withdrew from life. Six months later, with no money, no job, no shelter and a transportation issue, Wyatt couldn’t stop himself from jumping in to help a Polish family being bullied by thugs. In the end, Wyatt had a job and an apartment.
Yoga instructor, optimist Misha Minsk, who’s family was forced to pay protection to neighborhood thug. Dimitri. Misha had previously been summoned to Dmitri and told if she’d work for him, he’d leave her family alone. But after Wyatt helped her family, Dmitri insisted Misha work off the debt in a more personal way.
Wyatt and Misha met as friendly combatants. As Dmitri came near, Misha shooed Wyatt away, he wondered what she was hiding when irritated Dmitri’s words cowed previously smiling Misha. Within hours, Misha’s family has a series of dangerous misfortunes. Meanwhile, the Syndicate seem to know all about the Seven’s additional powers, they lure greedy Dmitri into their web and the Seven have to consider the unthinkable.
This reader didn’t enjoy the outing as much as its predecessors. Maybe more family was missed, maybe Wyatt’s self-flagellation was too much, maybe the spotlight was too revealing for Misha. Whatever it was, to my taste, the outing felt like too much filler and that led to boring. Rating: 3.5stars
Third of this superhero romance series, Wrath follows the troubled Wyatt - who is drowning in his Sin, and not just using being a vicious celebrity cook as his outlet anymore. He looks for opportunities to beat people, and one is delivered at the back of a neighborhood greasy spoon which is being shaken down by the local "protection" racket. Turns out they needed protection from him.
But he discovers his temporary fix has permanent consequences and agrees to hang around for the follow-up. Hiding in the kitchen, he discovers the owner's daughter is his fated mate. Opposites attract for the Sins, and this Yoga-teaching woman quickly becomes his everything.
Now all he needs to do is stop the local mobster, convince her he is the real thing, and deal with the Syndicate trying to use the opportunity of him being separated from the family to "recruit" him one way or the other.
A strong superhero romance series with each story focusing on different romance tropes, but keeping tight to romance AND superhero themes.
Wyatt (Wrath) is definitely my favorite of the deadly seven so far. He is so broken and lost in the beginning of this book that my heart ached for him. He needed his family, but he was too stubborn to go home. He finds himself in a tiny polish restaurant as the new chef after protecting the family from some thugs.
Misha is the best friend of Grace and Lilo from the first two books. She also happens to be the eldest daughter of the polish family that Wyatt protects. She holds her heart closed to love, because she believes that it can only cause heartbreak. However, when her and Wyatt finally meet….sparks fly!!
I love these two characters together! They are both fierce and will do anything to protect the ones they love.
I’m also really glad that they finally realized that “the Raven” is really their sister Despair!
I’m excited for the next book Sloth! I hope Sloan gives Max hell for what he did to her and makes him work hard for every piece of her love!!
{Wyatt & Misha}: TRIGGERS: abuse, kidnapping, child abandonment, fire. So, I was not expecting to read Wyatt's story so soon in the series. I half expected his "sabbatical" to last until the end of the series but here we are. Wyatt is the chef of the family and also the one who does not speak. He harbors a lot of guilt from what his former fiancee did to his family and ultimately to him so now he's running away. To keep his family off his trail he takes a job at a family owned restaurant to earn money for his bike. There he meets a Misha, who just happens to balance his wrath. Misha is in it up to her head. Her family pays the bratva for protection, while she works at their club as an exotic dancer. The club owner is obsessed with her. When Wyatt stops her family from paying the bratva, the club owner is furious and takes it out on Misha. The threat is real. Wyatt and Misha have a real chemistry and she has seen some of his powers manifest, but never asks questions. When he reveals all, will she be able to accept who he is? I totally loved wrath's story after Sarah. It took a lot for him to trust again and to open himself up. I would like to see how the family dynamic would work with both the Lazarus family and the Minski family together. Since both Grace and Lilo have no other family, this is a different situation for the deadly seven.
Não acredito que o livro do personagem que mais gostei foi o que me decepcionou. O começo estava bom, mas a personagem principal me irritou demais.
I was so excited for this one, but I hated Misha. Everything was either a joke or a sexual innuendo to her. It was her way or the highway. I found her wishy-washy stringing Wyatt along and immature. Like I get wanting to cheer up others, but there is a time for seriousness. For someone who is supposed to embody patience, she does not think out her actions or words. She made worst choices then Grace did in Envy, and poor Wyatt deserved someone so much better.
The whole mob/strip club plotline bored me as it's something I have seen done so many times. That said I can't completely write off this book either because I loved Wyatt and all the family aspects (from his own to Misha's family). It just sucks that for a romance book, I couldn't get behind the romance aspect.
Looking forward to Sloth's book next and seeing more of Despair.

Holy smokes! This is one of my favorites of the deadly seven right next to Griffins story! I love a broken hero who finds his person to heal with and this is it! It has a good amount of adventure, romance and drama that I like. It's always exciting to see what the deadly seven are going to do when they find their mates and what power will manifest. I also am excited to see what a baby's going to be like for the characters! I think the characters were developed, I like the storyline and I felt like I was right in the book with them! It definitely helps to start with book 1 and go in order it really helps you get to know all of the characters.

Wow this series is getting better and better with each novel. Love the drama and action. Especially the adventure of each sin having to find themselves the perfect mate who will in turn. Make them the perfect person they really strive to be. The sassy women in these books are just that. Sassy, hardheaded and don't know when to quit. Wyatt has been kicked down the side of the road for the last time. With his heart basically ripped out of his chest due to a ex. He's gone over the edge and let his sin rule him fully. But there's this soft voice he can't get out of his head once he hears her. Can it really be true? Or is it all a lie?
I will say I enjoyed this book like the rest of the series, but I did have some issues with it. This story covers Wrath or Wyatt as you call him. I will say I love how the author ties in characters from each book as if it is fate that brought them together. One of the issues I had was the fact we don't really get to see or experience Wyatts power after he meets his mate. I won't spoil anything, but this book kind of left me wanting more. I still say the best one so far is Griffin and Lilo's story or Greed.
It gets harder and harder to pick a favorite as this series goes on. I LOVED Wrath and Misha’s story!! The world building continued to develop perfectly, our two main characters arced beautifully and we continue to get glimpses of our couples from before that just warm my heart. This is a series that has been so hard to put down and I’m already panicking about it not being completed! What am I going to do if I read faster than Lana writes?!? I am PUMPED for Sloan and Max! I hope she stabs him at least once 😏
I am seriously addicted to this series! Wrath’s story was great. His struggle to overcome what happened with Sara and the split from his family kept my interest. Misha had her own struggles to deal with, but her positivity was what kept her going and what made her the perfect mate for Wrath. Her personality was fun to see matched against his. I loved the parts where he was messing around with her, but wasn’t overt with it. Time to continue with Sloane and Max. I cannot wait to know the reasons behind him ghosting her.
OMGoodness! This ended perfectly. So freaking perfectly adorable. Wrath is book three of Deadly Seven. But really, a very vital part of the overall story. So. Much. Information. Dimitris little twist, did NOT see that coming. Holy hell. Demented. (A small lag for a few chapters, some hem and hawing, but then it’s right back swinging!)
But really, I’m happy Wyatt finally got his happy ending.
Now for Sloth. Pretty sure talk of murdering someone is going to start off her book 😈
I’m not sure how Lana manages to do it, but each book in this series gets better and better! The suspense, the little Easter eggs to foreshadow what’s to come, and then the emotions that flow around these characters to where you are fully immersed into these books! I loved Wyatt’s hot-headed reactions trying to come to terms with mating with Misha’s cool and sexy humor. “I am the weapon, kid” gave me chills! This rollercoaster of a series has me losing sleep and bypassing adulting to turn the pages!
I think Wyatt Lazarus might be my favorite thus far!!! I absolutely enjoyed every moment of this book. It felt so raw and real and I completely understand where Wyatt is coming from as I am definitely the black sheep of my family. I loved Misha’s laidback personality and how that didn’t stop her from being flawed. The character development seemed very up and down, which makes it feel genuine. And so many different turns that I won’t spoil for you. I love love love this series, and especially this book. I mustn’t stay too long though! I gotta see what happens next!!
Just gonna say a few words about Wrath's book. Dang it's good!!! Miss is perfect for him and I loved every page. I'm loving the romance side of a superhero!!! Why didn't someone do this sooner. But I'm so glad Lana Pecherczyk decided to write this series! I'm off to go get started on Sloane book *flapping hands*I Highly recommended Adult 18+ Read (Perfectly Romantic, Steamy, Bedroom Scenes)
This is the fourth action packed, dangerous, steamy book and I am hooked. I enjoy the world building, but most enjoy the personalities of the main characters and their mates. The themes of "family first" concern for each other and the danger the Syndicate poses to them and their world. Mix those with each of their back stories and you get a fun, exciting romance story with each book.
Wrath or Wyatt is my favorite! The angry man with some serious issues! This book continues the story of the deadly seven with Wrath and Misha. I love that Misha can calm the turmoil of his sin. These two are so perfect for each other she even gets him to smile and laugh. Something he's never really done before. As I get closer to the end I just want to gold these stories close! There probably won't be a better superhero series written than this one!
