Schwerpunkt beim Training ist der ständige Wechsel von Intensität, Dauer des Trainings. Auch die Übungen sollen abwechselungsreich sein, ebenso die Frequenz bei den Pausen. Sechs mal in der Woche ein Stunde Workout bestehend aus zweimal Krafttraining, dreimal Ausdauertraining und einem Workout um die Muskelausdauer zu trainieren. Gedehnt werden soll jeden Tag. Als Ernährungsempfehlung findet sich eine kohlehydratreiche, fettarme Ernährung.

This book is motivating and gives some good advice. I haven't tried to use the workouts in the back.
