Uncover the Root Cause of Your Health Issues and Heal Your Body for Life

Millions of people suffer from allergies, migraines, skin issues, sleep disturbances, digestive ailments or anxiety due to undiagnosed histamine intolerance.

Dr. Becky Campbell, who has years of experience in the field and who suffers from histamine intolerance herself, has created a revolutionary four-phase program to heal your body naturally. What makes her approach different—and more effective for lifelong results—is that it looks for root causes and offers a well-rounded, holistic treatment plan that addresses diet, environmental toxins, lifestyle and more.

To help you uncover why your body is not processing histamine correctly, Dr. Campbell explains the eight most common factors and how to address them. Then she gives you a plan that includes a low-histamine diet, liver care, gut support and direction on how to safely reintroduce the foods that were once making you sick. Along with her wealth of delicious recipes, she also includes information on supplements, ways to reduce stress and much more.

Invest in your health and use The 4-Phase Histamine Reset Plan to heal your body for good.

I am now quite sure I have histamine intolerance, mast cell activation syndrome, leaky gut, and small international fungal overgrowth (already confirmed that one). If you are chronically ill with no answers, please read this book!

“I had a plethora of oddball, seemingly disparate symptoms appearing randomly that did not necessitate a trip to the doctor but that certainly affected the quality of my life. Welcome to what seems like one of the fastest growing undiagnosed problems today: histamine intolerance. My histamine intolerance symptoms included: • Bloody noses • Irritability • Difficulty falling asleep • Headaches • Eczema • Sweaty feet (gross) • Profuse sweating when exercising (you didn’t want to guard me in basketball) • Fast resting heart rate (about 70, even when I was fit; now it’s 48) • Super itchy mosquito bites • Red spots all over my hands when exposed to dust mites • Always hot” - forward by Dr Ben Lynch

in addition to my thyroid symptoms and my general ill health—was mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS) and, therefore, histamine intolerance. In fact, in my early twenties, when the thyroid and gut issues were at their worst, almost any food I ate caused my body to react in a negative way.

Luckily, my situation improved a great deal when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, excess cortisol levels and gut issues like leaky gut, candida and parasites. “(I have all of these!)

“What Jan didn’t know is that each time she took the steroids, her cortisol (stress hormone) levels were going higher and higher. This was when her fatigue really started to become a problem. She also noticed she was gaining weight in her belly with no diet change to induce it.

MCAS is related to a number of different conditions, including the following: • Allergies and asthma • Eczema • Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) • Chronic fatigue syndrome • Chronic inflammatory response syndrome • Fibromyalgia • Infertility (mast cells in the endometrium may contribute to endometriosis) • Interstitial cystitis • Celiac disease • Eosinophilic esophagitis • Food allergies and intolerances • Gastroesophageal reflux • Irritable bowel syndrome • Migraine headaches • Autism • Mood disorders (insomnia, anxiety, depression) • Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome • Multiple chemical sensitivities • Autoimmune diseases (Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, systemic lupus, multiple sclerosis, bullous pemphigoid, rheumatoid arthritis and others)”

Even though the plan seems incredibly overwhelming (and nearly impossible for a pescatarian who cannot have soy), I was still buying into it until I realized that all of the supplements she recommends only seem to be available on her website 🤪.

If someone has followed the program and/or appreciated the supplements, please chime in!

Very interesting. Helps with allergies - however I have been in a state of histamine intolerance-needed to start reducing my bucket- as I was sneezing after meals- getting itchy blotches- headaches- sore throat-insomnia- and several other symptoms and I’m doing so much better. Took two months to see a significant difference

There is some interesting information but mostly it's a lengthy and half-baked sales pitch for the author's line of supplements. The author seems oblivious to the fact that most of us can't afford multiple thousands of dollars of dubiously (at best) proven tests which will likely have an inconclusive result and most US health insurance companies will refuse to pay for.
Funny how all the "miraculous" stories of people being cured involved the subject...err.. patient... buying the aforementioned supplements.

This book may be an eye-opener for someone with chronic health issues. The coverage of potential causes of HIT and related issues that need to be addressed is spot on in terms of the depth of the provided detail (enough to send you in the right direction but not overwhelming). I love that Dr. Campbell covers the connection with estrogen and the effects on the brain (though I would have liked to read more about that, since I think HIT is severely impacting my mental energy).

The content is careful to point out when symptoms of one issue can easily be misinterpreted for another and encourages seeking professional help where needed. The information sources are listed for each chapter at the end of the book.

Some people criticise that the author directs to her own website for supplements and more in-depth help. However, she does also say what is in the supplements. Those ingredients can also be purchased elsewhere. The here provided information doesn't seem misleading to me; much of this I have also read elsewhere.

The only minor issue I see is that some ingredients that are considered moderate to high histamine are listed as yes/maybe or included in the recipes - e.g. pear, mango, cumin*, ginger, apple cider, brussels sprouts, green beans, eggs* (all of these are at least a one on the SIGHI list, *are a 2). Ingredient lists aren't all identical in their assessment of histamine load or if the ingredient is a histamine liberator, but this should be discussed with more care.

This book is full of misinformation and lacks scientific data to back things up.

Am always skeptical when an author constantly points you to their website for apps and supplements. This seems like one big advertisement.

Maybe helpful if you only have a histamine intolerance.

It maybe helpful if you only have a histamine intolerance. Much of the book seems like advertisement. If you also have a fructose intolerance the book is not helpful. The recipes are high in fructose.

Can help to identify histamine food triggers, but eliminating these foods isn't a cure all it is an informational gathering exercise.
