A beautiful, heart pounding conclusion to the Texas Titan Triplets’ and Georgia Patriot brothers’ love stories in this novella, The Patient Patriot.
Mason Moore, the new principal for the Georgia Patriot Academy, never imagined love would bite him so hard and fast—especially not like how his triplet brothers had been bitten, then rushed into marriage. When he meets Anya, he finally understands what it’s like to be hit by Cupid’s arrow, but he determines to take things slower with Anya than his impetuous brothers did with their current spouses. When he discovers that Anya is a teacher at the academy, he has no choice but to court her at a snail’s pace.
He’s her boss! He can’t date her—not yet.
Three weeks before the school year ends, he can’t wait any longer and makes his move, only to discover Anya has plans to move home to Ireland. He has three short weeks to get her to fall in love with him—but moving out of the best friend zone and into the boyfriend zone isn’t as easy as it seems.
Anya McCarthy has finally found a keeper. She’s introduced to Mason Moore at his brother’s wedding and they share a kiss in the gardens under the dogwood tree that makes her re-think fairytale love, but the romance ends abruptly when he finds out she’s a teacher at the academy and has been married before. Anya settles for friendship, and is comfortable there until, out of the blue, Mason wants more—a lot more.
Just when it seems like things might work out between them, their lives are threatened. Mason plans to send Anya to Ireland to protect her, vowing his patience will withstand the long-distance separation, but she refuses to leave him, inviting unavoidable danger.

Proud to be a Cheesehead. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you are able to withstand the frigid winter air, Wisconsin has some of the most down to earth, honest people around. I passed a very happy childhood there, climbing trees, and running along the river.
Proud to be a McEachern Indian. At fifteen, we moved to a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. The warm, Southern culture touched my heart.
Proud to be a Cougar. I attended Brigham Young University, where I graduated with a BS in Human Development.
Proud to be a Cuate. I spent a year and a half in Guatemala as a Christian missionary, spreading the message of hope and love. The Guatemalan people are some of the kindest people you will meet.
Proud to be a Human Resource Professional. I was employed for many years in the field of Human Resources.
Proud to be a Wife and Mother. And I thought that Human Resources was a demanding career. Nothing has been more difficult or more rewarding than being a wife and mother. My happiness is centered in the happiness of my family.
Proud to be an Author. Writing has been a source of great joy in my life. I hope to share with my readers a piece of myself in every novel. I hope to uplift and entertain others through my written word.
I enjoyed this book because it is a story & thus can be unbelievable. Mason & Anya work together so can't exactly date each other but do anyway. Then she is threatened, he tells her to go home to Ireland to protect her but doesn't explain the why so she refuses. Then things really get difficult for Anya since she won't accept protection. What happens at the end you have to read about. There's just enough mystery (which I love) to make me happy.
This was another great book in this series of football players. Mason was a former Patriot football player who had played football and left with a knee injury. Ayana was a teacher who came from Ireland to teach at the same school that Mason was now the Principal. This is my review and mine alone. Norma Gorrill
This may have been my most favorite book of this series. I love how the books have overlapped a bit and the brothers and sisters are in each book, but there was just something special about this one. Maybe it was the brother involved, maybe it was how the romance took a bit longer, maybe it was the danger that showed up towards the end. Whatever the reason, I finished the story with tears in my eyes. I hope at some point there will be a book about the sisters and a glimpse into the future with the brothers!
Mason is injured playing football so must change careers unlike his brothers. The brothers have started the Georgia Patriot Academy, and Mason is hired as principal of the Academy. Tanya is a visiting professor from Ireland at the Academy. Sparks fly, but when Mason discovers he is her boss, he realizes that will be a problem for dating. And that will bring you to the exciting beginning of The Patient Patriot. I love all three Moore Family Patriot books.
Mason is certainly patient. But he’s also protective and persistent. He’s also a great guy in many ways. Anya is a flirty romantic who”s willing to wait for what she wants. But she’s also sassy and stubborn. They make an excellent duo. But they make the ending exciting and exhilarating.
Enjoyed the interactions with his sisters & brothers. A story of trust. The waiting was between the prologue & chapter 1. There's some action from a shooting & the brothers working to protect their girls from a determined criminal.
This is a delightful and heartwarming romance with adorable characters that you will definitely fall in love with as they journey towards happily ever after.
This book is full of family, love and adventure! They meet at his brother's wedding and it's instant attraction not even imagining what their future holds.
