I liked the main messages that the book tried it’s best to convey but since I read it almost 2 years after purchasing it (and growing up in that time) most of the topics seemed better suited for someone entering teenage but were still complex.

The author team introduced the concepts of Lagom and Chronos and Kairos in an understandable manner. Other than that, the book seemed to have filler in pages (like someone else wrote in their review as well). Still, it was a good read.

Lastly, I’ll probably use the flow charts and exercises sometimes in my life for guidance as they were quite helpful while reading.

I am lucky and immensely blessed to have chanced upon this book in one bookstore whose name I cannot remember. I laid my hands on this book at a time when everything was sullen and dull but at the same time, changing. I think this book helped me at a time when I needed it the most. Forever grateful 🌟

Was thinking about using this a summer reading book for my students. Good for teens -- a little drawn out, but overall good message. Some things I was sensitive to (mentions of religion and God) and I teach in a school where a majority are not Christian. I like the activities throughout.

Skim read this book in 45mins so I didn’t fully take in all the information that was written. However, I did find some topics interesting, such as the 9 fundamentals. I felt that most of the content wasn’t helpful, mostly just filler.
