The title says "Christian philosophy," but it really is an introduction to the philosophy of Herman Dooyeweerd. Dooyeweerd is not always easy to follow, but I believe we ought to pay attention to what he said. This would be a good place to start to get into his philosophy.
We are using this book for a discussion society. At first I found this book quite interesting (since this was my first contact with Dooyeweerd's Reformational Philosophy thought) but at the end it was really confusing because of endless glossaries without explanation. Still, compared to Dooyeweerd's magnum opus; this book only covers the surface of his thought but if you want to get in touch with Reformational philosohy, the vicar of my church suggested to read one of Dooyeweerd's own work "In the Twilight of Western Thought" which (according to himself) much more easier to understand.
