Spoilers Ahead...You have been warned.
If you are an Oz purest you'll want to skip these books. It's as if someone challenged the authors to write an Oz sequel but cross it with a snuff film. At the end of this 3rd book nearly every classic character is dead...Toto, too. I assume the 4th book will be the final one because there's only a few characters left alive (or resurrected by the Grimoire).
