Character Counts is a collection of short devotionals on 90 biblical traits of a godly character. Each devotion provides an in-depth study on each individual trait while providing biblical references, real world examples and ways to apply the study to your own life. The wide variety of real world and biblical examples made each devotion immensely enjoyable to read and really helped to connect the reader the biblical trait, how it has been lived out in the past, and how the reader can use that in their own lives. At the end of each devotion there are a number of questions to help the reader dive deeper as well as some advice on how to continue your own personal study on the character trait. This collect works well for individuals to worth through on their own as well as families to read together to train children in the Bible and the ways Christ calls us to live. Highly recommended devotion!

Ninety character traits of Christ (from Affectionate to Zealous) are described along with questions to spur us on to become more like the Savior.

I read with my children at lunch. (We sometimes had the author join us.)
