This was a horrible book. Written like a pedantic, disorganized, boring textbook. Lots of pictures thst serve to distract rather than inform. Thee were no citations on any of the claims they made. They had statistics with no citations and random opinions without citations. I understand it is a book for teens, but teens deserve credible info, not just gobbledegook. Seemed like every sentence had to have five or six adjectives and spelled out the long names of every organization, as if they were trying very hard to get to the 100 pages required to make it a book and not a pamphlet. I looked up the publisher and their address is a public library in Folcroft PA. Something weird here.
