A brief but interesting companion to the kings of the bible. The historical information is useful for a critical view of the 'history' that the Bible offers.

This is a great introduction to some of the kings found in the Bible, with wonderful maps and illustrations that you would expect from National Geographic. The articles are concise but only give a general overview of each person without going too deep.
