This is a great story. Perfect for an afternoon by the pool. I didn't want it to end.
Maxwell and Jonathan are working undercover when they are called to a convenience store. They are shocked when they see Leah working behind the counter. They know that they need to get her out of there in a hurry. Leah is surprised but happy to see them too. They take her to a safe place while they figure out what is going on. Jonathan and Maxwell both want her and are done waiting. Leah wants them too and doesn't want to choose between the two. Will they be able to make their relationship work?

Great story!!!
This is a wonderful story about Leah, Maxwell and Jonathan. The moment Leah met Maxwell and Jonathan she I we she wanted them both and then they ended up leaving. She went to become an actress and then came back home a few years later. Jonathan and Maxwell aren't prepared to see Leah again at the convenience store that are sent to stake out. They take her out of the bad situation and try to keep her safe, but will they let their feelings be known? This is a great read and I highly recommend it!

This book is fabulous. It is an amazing story of an older man younger woman story. It is fast pace, well written and interesting – before you know it you are at the end wanting more.

Weak writing and editing
I try to always be honest in my reviews, so I'm just gonna put it out there that I thought this book was poorly written. I realize it's supposed to be a quick, sexy read and that it's a work of fiction, but it was simply ridiculous. The editing was pretty much nonexistent, the plot very weak, and only one steamy encounter between the 3 throughout the entire book. Plus, her first time ever is DP? With spit as lube? No thanks.
I pretty much never give 1-star reviews, so this one gets 2 for that reason and the fact that I managed to finish it. I've read a few of this author's other books, and while they weren't great, they weren't nearly as weak as this one. I don't say this a lot, but I can't recommend it to others. It just wasn't enjoyable.

This just wasn’t exciting enough for me. The sexy was meh. The plot was kind of sloppy and solutions seemed to just magically appear for conflicts that felt like they needed more flushing out. Dialogue was a little awkward. It just didn’t flow right. I feel like it could’ve done with a few more rounds of editing to get out the spelling and grammar mistakes, and to really smooth the plot out.
This was my second book from her and this had the same problems In it that the first book I read had. I just don’t think I’m gonna try for a third.

Proofreading nightmare
Overall quality of writing was poor. Very disjointed and the proofreader needs to be fired. The mystery is thin and there isn't a build up or real plot thought out. Dad is cool about his daughter's relationship. Too easy. The intimacy scene for a virgin, unrealistic. Expected more foreplay to ease her into it. Good concept so give 1.5 🌟 REALLY needs work to bring up the quality so glad this was only .99¢. No cheating or cliffhanger.

Jonathon and Maxwell came to a welcome party their captain threw for them and met a young woman they knew they both wanted. However they both knew they could never have because she was their captain's daughter. So when a job came up for them out of town they took it. Leah was drawn to the two officers her dad threw a party for and was upset when they left town. Feeling like there wasn't anything there for her she left town herself. Now two years later she has come back home not knowing that her two cops have also come back to town. Until the bust into the gas station and put cuffs on her dragging her out. Not until she is in their car do they let her know what kind of dangerous situation she is in. They race into the night with a car chasing after them not knowing where they will find a safe place to land. Will Jonathon and Maxwell finally claim their woman? What will her dad say about them being together?
This is a hot and steamy story that once you start you won't want to put it down. The chemistry between then is scorching hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Add two big undercover cops, one sweet bodacious young lady, some bad guys plus having to hide out and what do you get.......

There are two older but no less hot and handsome cops. There is one sweet 21 year old virgin. Good character development but not quite as much back story as I would have liked, even for a shorter story. There are bad guys, a car chase, a motorcycle escape, some skinny dipping, and a few other things added in. All this is wrapped up in a pretty well written story by the author.

Oh my! I didn't see this one coming! "Night Shift," is part of the Night series by Lauren Milson, but is considered a standalone. Milson brings us a menage with this one, and boy, is it HOT! Well, they're hot- Jonathan and Maxwell, that is. They've always been on Leah's mind, well, fantasies, if we're telling the truth here. These hot cops, were in the line of duty, when they ran into Leah again, and then they started getting, out of line, REAL FAST! These older men, were friends of her father, but now, they want to be more than neighborly. A fast-paced, acton filled, older men/younger woman menage romance, that will have you blushing. A spicy read. I received this book as an ARC, and I volunteered this review.

Seeing that she could be in a dangerous situation they storm in put her in cuffs & drag her out once she is in their car they tell her what kind of dangerous situation she is in. They sped off with a car chasing after them until they found a safe place, when they get there how will they deal with the woman they both knew they could never have because she was their captain's daughter.
This is a hot and steamy story that once you start you won't want to put it down. The chemistry between them is off the charts.

To enjoy reading a story is a good thing and reading this one, was certainly enjoyable. It is short and sweet and romantic with a villain but all is well that ends well. That is what we have the abbreviation of HEA for and this story has that in spades. The storyline is quite good for such a short story and the characters as well and is actually remarkable how much the author can string into such a short story. Overall it was quite good and is thus getting four stars for it.

This short read was a thrilling littleread right from the get go. It wasn't as predictable as I was expecting and the action was mostly quick. The steamy moments were definitely steamy. As for the writing, well it was mostly good except for some editing errors like typos or lack ofor wrong words, but they were few and far between. Overall, I have to say this was a very enjoyable, steamy read that if recommend to anyone who enjoys reading romance books that are suspencful with a dash of steam in them.

Loved the book it was great the story was well written and the characters were interesting. Leah meets Maxwell and Jonathan and fell in love with them both and they did with her. Maxwell and Jonathan moved away Leah decided to move and follow her dreams. Then Maxwell and Jonathan were asked to check out a job and that was when they seen her, their Leah.

This is a great story about a young girl who's had the hots for two of her dads friends, who just also happen to be police officers. The great thing about this book is that although you have the romance, and very hot sexy times between Jonathan, Maxwell and Leah, there is also an actual storyline happening as well. If you like growly, alpha males and sassy heroines, I'd highly recommend this.

This story will keep you on the edge of your seat! It is full of drama, twist, suspense, and hotness; a great balance of story and erotica! This short story of Leah, Maxwell and Jonathan was really good. It was to the point with enough information on all three of them to make it a good story, even if I wish it was longer and fuller, but for beeing a short story I loved it! It had a thouch of drama, mystery, wondering and love. As long as you have nothing against a relationship between 3 people, I recommend this story!
