Absolutely loved this series! I was absorbed in this from the very beginning. I have read many books about paranormal and shapeshifters but I think this was one of the best. Forever loves and family, definitely a must read. Do yourself a favor and read this!
This was a good series and I enjoyed it. I always love the love scenes but I also love the suspense that each book had. I was always trying to figure out who was doing all the bad stuff. The only one I got right was when it was Bryce. So this series kept me on the edge of my seat. Thank you.
This Series was great! I became immediately engrossed in the story, and I loved most of the characters. Very well written, slight errors that weren't troublesome at all. I highly recommend this series.
I've read several books about werewolves etc, but this is the first one that has ever kept me as interested as this one has. Definitely a different sort of read for me, & yes, I did enjoy it.
The story was going good (not great, author long-winded) but I was in for the long haul until the lead character asks a nearby (I assume) white person which country is the dumbest. No other nationality is mentioned at the Spring break party, which is almost, always specified in stories. Caucasian is the only race not thrown about between the pages of books. Side note: I may not have gotten far enough in the book to get to mentions of other races... and I'm not going to. Anyway, back to the question. The answer is...wait for it... Africa. Out of 195 countries, that was the one the author picked. Blake's characters, Blake's truth as far as I'm concerned because authors' real life experiences and mindframes are invested 99% into their tall tales of 1% imagination. Maybe Blake didn't care/think a black person would read this book. Maybe thought blacks were too dumb to be offended. Maybe thought her lead character making the point that idiots exist and Africa has more poor sections therefore the least options for education, which doesn't make the citizens dumb and there are most certainly dumb educated people btw, was worth risking backlash from descendants of the dumbest country in her book literally and possibly figuratively. I'm can't say for certain the author is racist but she's certainly pushing me in that direction and she's wrong on all accounts of the maybe's I proposed earlier. With that, my descending from a dumb country behind is done with this box set AND author. Deuces!!!
Thus far I have really liked Camilla Blake books but this one was terrible. It's almost like a different person wrote this series. It's taken me three weeks to complete the series. The story line was all over the place. To much unnecessary info in the book almost like the author was using filler to reach a word count. Glad I'm finally done.
Each book can be read as a standalone. There is a back story that runs through all the books. Which held my attention just as much as the main storylines. I fell in love with the characters. Each one was unique.
I was obsessed with this series and was disappointed when I got to the epilogue because that meant the last book was over. These books had romance, mystery, and comedy; everything needed for a great read!
This was an excellent series. I couldn't put it down. Very well written. I would definitely recommend this entire series to all looking for something that will keep you on the edge of your seat and guessing.
These are exciting stories that I had fun reading. Some of them were repetitive but unless you put them all in one book they had to be to make stan d alone books.
You’ll be heartbroken once it’s time for it to end
It’s so cozy and easy to become infatuated with each character. Somehow the author has managed to make me feel like one with them. It’s like I’ve read this series before and keep getting familiarly surprised as I turned each page!
This series really keeps you wondering who the bad guy is. The only thing that I didn't like was all of the repeats of the past. It was a little annoying.
This series was an awesome read the characters were fully developed and richly woven into an incredibly unique story. There was suspense, action, romance, just a good read.
