I thought that this was a really good read. It can be read as a standalone but I do think you will get more enjoyment out of this series if you read them all. The intensity ratchets up a notch with this book and things that seemed so simple take a very complex turn. Sierra and Tobias' story is filled with drama, emotional turmoil, action, betrayals, secrets, lies, twists and costly mistakes. When presented with a second chance at love can these two overcome the pain of the past and successfully traverse the obstacles of the present, to finally get a HEA? Grab a copy to find out. This book series, themed on revenge, sets the tone. Alaric Aldwin, a wizard-demon hybrid and ruler of all the Enchanted, possesses a sword created by the bears and capable of destroying demons. He had previously banished the mated demons Helios and Carina so, when they defied him and returned, he killed Helios’ wife, turning her body into ash with the sword. He then stabbed Helios, intending to kill him too, but was distracted by a call for help which allowed Helios to escape, vowing to claim the sword one day to avenge Carina’s death. Helios lost Carina that day, the love of his life and mate for over two thousand years. He would avenge her death no matter how long it look.

Book 4 takes the reader to Tobias Sutton and Sierra's story. When Sierra and Toby meet each other, they have an instant connection. They spend the night together, and Toby has to leave, saying he will return. Instead, he disappeared from her life – for a good reason, but she didn’t know that. Sierra, a witch, realized she could have no real life with a bear shifter, especially when he had ties to the mafia. When she finds out she is pregnant, she makes sure he won’t find her again.

When Sierra’s daughter becomes ill, Rowan, who is secretly working with Helios, informs her that to save Aurora, she must steal a certain book owned by Toby. When she arrives back to deliver the book to Rowan, she finds out the truth.

There is so much going on in this story! The mafia, shifters, and witches play their part as the surprises keep coming. Can Toby get over the surprise she gives him? And can they save their daughter, Aurora? What is Helios’ fate, or will he escape justice again?

This is gonna be a tough one. I want to give a non-spoiler review. But I still gotta say, things are getting deep and a bit shady. That being said, what an amazing read! The characters this time around just rocked, both past and present included. The story itself was written with an intensity that stunned me. I literally had my tablet in front of while making dinner, I just couldn't put it down. Tobias was not necessarily the good guy, but a hero in my book. At the end of the day, he had a heart that was immeasurable. Sierra was a strong female and mother that made decisions that she thought were best. As a parent, I can't fault her. Mistakes were made, secrets were kept and hearts were hurt. The story is full of what it takes to be a 5 star read. Action, betrayals, friendship, loyalty and deceit. But from the very beginning it was based on love. Love of family, friends and mates. Love really can be enough for two, or 3, people to find a HEA. The Revenge of the Bears is turning out to be one helluva spinoff series. Ms. Hart might have outdone herself with this one.

Helios is back to his demon self and on his way to where Tobias is for the next part of his plan. Tobias and Sierra share an amazing night together and discover that they are mates. Tobias gets a call and he has to leave but he promises Sierra he would be back. Sierra waits but he never returns so she has no choice but to move on. Now three years later Sierra is working as a thief for a priestess and ends up having to get a book from Tobias. Because of how he left her and never contacted her again she felt it was deserving to steal from him. However she has a reason for doing so that is live or death for someone close to her. Will Tobias forgive her for her secret and for stealing from him? Can they be together?

This is another great installment to this series and will have you coming back for more. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Theo May own up to being imperfect, yet he and the Council have yet to embrace their part in inflicting the damaged wrath of Helios on centuries of beings. Without his Carina, Helios is not whole. A demon imbalanced seems far more dangerous.

This is the fourth book min this wonderful series and while each book can be read as a stand alone there is an underlying story that definitely make reading the series in order the best option.

This is Sierra and Tobias's story They had a connection years before but this witch knew that there was no future with a bear shifter who has toes to the mob So when she found out she was pregnant she broke all ties with him moving before he found her Now she needs a book to get out of the clutches of high priestess and he his the one who owns the book Meanwhile he is battling Helios and trying to save his company Can they re connect and do they have a future together and what will he say when he finds out he is a father Be prepared for another roller coaster ride with the bears as they are bent on revenge

This series just took a winding curve downward. Sierra meets Tobias in the bar, they feel the pull and have a one night stand. Tobias promises to "call" but doesn't. He got a wasteful emergency call from his brother. Sierra is struggling with a sick baby daughter. Tobias took over the underworld when Helios took a runner. So, he has a bad job while he may still be a good guy. When he finally meets up with Sierra, things don't go well. Sierra is doing what she can to help her daughter. She will make some questionable decisions. Do they get an opportunity to communicate honestly? Will Sierra listen to Tobias' explanations? How is Helios' memory? Will their daughter get better? Can Sierra forgive Tobias? Will Theo get a clue? The series is 'rockin'! Still keeping it Enchanted! I received an ARC from Booksprout for a review.

Another great book in this series. Can be read as a stand-alone, but is better within the context of the series. There are ongoing themes throughout the series that provide plenty of drama, action and plenty of twists. As always, Hart's characters are totally amazing, disarming, and loveable (even while being frusterating sometimes).

She was his everything. Toby could not find Sierra no matter how hard he tried. Sierra thought he lied and abandoned her. Doing what was necessary, they both tried to move on, but would fate allow that? When life hangs in the balance, and Toby is the only one who can help, will Sierra finally trust her heart one more time?

Sierra had a one night stand with Tobias after a night at a club - that's all it was, right? He did disappear straight after it - and she has had to deal with the consequences.
When her daughter becomes ill, Rowan tells her that the only way to save Aurora is to steal a precious book from Tobias - she has no idea that Rowan is working with Helios and lying to her, until she goes to deliver the book and overhears them.
Will Tobias ever forgive her? Will they be able to save Aurora? And will Helios ever be brought to task for what he has done? I love this series - they each read well as a stand alone, with enough bits to connect them to the earlier stories. Cant wait to read more!

Have you been following along with the "Revenge of the Bears" series? If not, then of course you have no idea what you're missing! This is such an action packed, thriller of fate induced romances. Today Juniper Hart introduced me to Toby and Sierra. Their story is so twisted. You know how the story goes at the beginning. They meet at a bar, have a one night stand, the guy says he'll be back and poof, she doesn't hear from him. Ahhh, but wait, there's more. A year later, she has a secret she's keeping from him. He has a book she needs. The mafia, shifters, witches are all involved in this story. Yes, you read that right. All three are tied into this drama induced, angst filled, shifter romance with more twists and turns than you can imagine. This was a great read.

Sierra was a witch that stole things for Rowan that worked for Helios. Helios had taken the antidote for anarium poisoning but he would lose his train of thought. Sierra had a one night stand with Toby he told her that he had to take care of something and he would be right back for her. But he was exiled for a year, when he got back she was gone, Sierra had to move because she was pregnant and couldn’t raise her child in the place she was living. So Rowan told her that she had to steal a book from Toby because in it was a cure for her daughter as she was dieing, but really Helios wanted the book for evil. But she took the book back to Toby and he saved their daughter, he forgave Sierra and they ended up together as it should be.

Alpha’s Deception by Juniper Hart is another in the captivating saga of the demon Helios and his attempts to gain his revenge against the bears. Sierra is a witch who is gifted at theft. She is asked to steal a priceless artifact from her one-time love, Toby….who is the Lord of the Underworld. The reason she is doing this is shrouded in secrecy…if he ever finds out…..

Incredible addition to this fascinating and gripping series!!!! I am so very eager to see what happens next!!!!! Juniper Hart has done it again!!!! I can’t get enough of this series!!!!!

This is a NON-SPOILER REVIEW. Alpha's Deception by Jadyn Chase is part of the Revenge of the Bears series. I just cannot get enough o this series! While each story focuses on a different couple, the underlying story - Helios - connects them all. And this series gets better and hotter with each book. I absolutely loved Tobias and Sierra's story. From chaos comes clarity! There is such emotion written into this story. I was right there along with the characters, plunged into despair, gasping for breath and holding onto hope. Fun and exhausting! This is a Mature Readers Only read and I cannot encourage you enough to read the series in order to experience the true intensity of these stories.

Helios’s mate Carina was killed by Alaric Aldwin with a sword that was created by the bears and it can kill demons now 2 thousand years later Helios’s is looking for revenge. Now this story is about Sierra who is a witch meets bear shifter Tobias they are immediately attracted to each other and they spend the night together, Tobias said that he will be back but he never returned and he left Sierra with a little surprise. Eventually Tobias does go back but Sierra is nowhere to be found, Sierra does come back because she needs to steal a book and you will never guess who owns that book that’s right Tobias plus Sierra heard that Tobias is a mob boss. Fantastic story I loved this series and I can’t wait for more and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

Another council of seven story

Just when you think they cant get any better another story involving the enchanted council of seven arrives and yes ..it just got better ! Mates that are separated before they can bond properly, a demon out for revenge ...if only he could remember why or what he wanted, a power crazy witch, a sick child and her very scared mother and a publicity stunt that can only go wrong ! It is completely compelling and a brilliant read even if you have not read any of the other books this is one you can certainly enjoy alone

This is an amazing story, it's part of a series but can be read a stand alone. I won't give any plots away which is hard with such a great story. It's the story of Tobias and Sierra. Their a hot and steamy couple who have a instant connection when they meet but Tobias disappears from her life. There's drama, action, betrays, twist and turns with hot and seamy romance. Will Sierra be able to save her daughters life? Will she tell Tobias about her daughter? Does Toby and Sierra get their HEA? It's a must read for any Nola Robertson fan!

This was another one of those books that grabbed my attention from the very beginning to the end. Tobias and Sierra's story is another amazing read in the Revenge of the Bears series by Juniper Hart. The storyline was engaging and kept my interest as well as the drama, twists, mistakes and emotional turmoil that created tension for the couple. Tobias and Sierra are both strong characters and that made for a well balanced couple. The attraction between the couple simmered along nice as they engaged in a chemistry and adventure that was steamy and hot.

The urgency behind Sierra’s actions brings her into Helios’ orbit and leads to a confrontation between Toby and that fiend. Alpha’s Deception is an exciting addition to the Revenge of the Bears series that I enjoyed.

Amazing fourth book in the Revenge of the Bears series and it is a second chance romance! It is well written, compelling, emotionally deep, and will pull you in from the first page. There are secrets, action, betrayal, passion, suspense, and so much more to look forward to in this book. The characters are likeable and strong; the chemistry between them is undeniable and potent. I am really enjoying this series and look forward to the next book.

First you must learn to communicate
These two characters almost lose everything because of missed opportunities and broken communication. A meeting in a bar, a one night stand, a secret child, demons, shifters, witches and a sickness that might just ruin it all. Be prepared to strap in when you read this book, like all of the books in the series you are off on a wild adventure from the first word. I loved this newest addition to the Revenge of the Bears series and I am looking forward to whatever the author decides to write next.

A wonderfully convoluted shifter romance that keeps you turning page after page. The interactions made me laugh, hold my breath, and gasp, in turn. The characters are superbly written to include fanciful, mystical, qualities along side realistically believable personality quirks.

This is an amazing story that will keep readers entranced until the very end.

Alpha’s Deception is another great addition to the Council of Seven books. Although the story is not truly original, the characters are wonderful and the scenes are well written. Sierra is very relatable and Toby, well he’s Toby. You’ll have to read the book to find out who he really is. A good way to spend an afternoon.

Amazing read. Characters are great. Hellios just doesn't give up. This series gets better everytime. New and old characters will be in this read. The action, romance, drama and suspense never fails. What would you do to save the person you love most? You got to read to find out what Sierra does to save her daughter.

Another action packed book to the series. This one brings Toby and Sierra's story. The author does a fantastic job in bringing a thrilling story filled with shifters and witches as well as the underworld mafia. She brings drama,secrets adds twists,turns and a steaming hot romance and had me glued to the pages right to the end. I loved this book and am looking forward to the next one.

This was a great read. Well written with wonderful characters and an engaging storyline. Sierra and Tobias were likeable characters that had great chemistry. The story is filled with drama, emotional turmoil, action, betrayals, secrets, lies, twists, mistakes and love. I really enjoyed this book and would recommend to anyone who enjoys reading paranormal romance.

What a compelling story! Tobias and Sierra have an interesting story filled with misunderstanding, deceit, secrets and betrayal. This is a fast paced read that is well written and has intriguing characters. This is a wonderful and exciting addition to the series. I cannot wait to find out what is happening with Helios.
