Interesting , conversational and a quick read. Basic fermentation gives simple and clear instructions for getting started on producing your own fermented foods I'm excited to try a few of the recipes included in this book.

Excellent Introduction

Excellent Introduction to wild fermentation. Any easy read understandable and easy how to instructions. I appreciate Mr. Katz wisdom.
