In all honesty, I never rly finished it. Personally, it wasn’t what I was searching for in a meditation book because I never get along with people telling me what I need to do in a meditation (mostly because I forget) but there didn’t seem like enough knowledge in it to add to my experience of meditating.

Really great reading for people who want to incorporate daily meditation in their routine and are not sure where to begin with. The part with "the mindfulness" really helped me improve the quality of my meditation and reminded me that we should live in the present in order to make the most of our time.
