This book blew me away. I always had a soft spot for Tess. This is her story. Running away from an abusive husband and a non caring father she finally is able to find herself in New York, a city she can thrive in her art and live a horror free life. That's where she meets Blaze and they instantly have a connection. Just when everything seems ok her dark past is coming back with a vengeance and puts her life, and the life of others within her circle, in danger. Coming back from this is nearly impossible and she has to fight for what is important to her.
This book is emotional in so many ways. Tess is damaged and has to hide her true identity to protect not only her but also Blaze and his brothers. I feel for her and understand her reasoning completely. The way this story unfolds is heartbreaking and brought me to tears. This book was so worth the wait because J.A. Collard truly delivered an incredible book. This is book 5 in the Blood Brothers Series and it makes you itching for the next book.

Second time read and WOW Book 5 of the series and what can I say, get ready for the feelings and what you will go through with Blaze and Tess sweet, loving, heartbreaking, beautiful, stunning and just damn wicked you.
I am lost for words just when you think you know Blaze and Tess Truths come to the surface, hearts are broken love is torn apart.
Can everything turn out or will the truth keep them apart and just when you think things are right tragedy strikes.

Mind. Fucking. Blown.
I couldn't put this down. I was obsessed. I was addicted to this. It was EVERYTHING!
The author's words, writing style and the way she played this plot was pure perfection. This plot pulled me in so hard, and I just adored Tess. She was strong and fierce, and I love a heroine like that. A strong lead female character is always a favorite for me and Tess ticked all the right boxes. This woman was and has been through hell in her life. She is on the run from her abusive husband. She wants to live a normal life, away from the horrid things she's been through and New York is the perfect place for her. She can live her life and do what she loves, and that's her art. And New York is where she meets Blaze, and from the moment they met, it's been an instant connection between the two of them. It was intense in all the right ways, and just when she thinks she has escaped from her past, that everything seems to be okay for her, her dark horror of a past comes back slamming back into her life and everyone she loves and cares about and herself are now in danger and what happens is something that she struggles to come back from... Will she be able to recover from it? Will she get the life she finally wants? Or will it all fall to pieces and break her. Break everything and everyone around her??
So, this book was ANGSTVILLE. I love angst. I crave angst. I get joy in reading books that will almost cripple me with that intensity and this book was filled to the top with angst, but it held so much more. ... passion, lust, drama, action, suspense, thrill and mystery, and angst...
Did I mention ANGST?
So. Much. Angst.
It had me screaming and cursing the author out, but wanting to hug the woman too!
J.A Collard flawlessly delivered an incredible plot full of twists and turns, that my head was spinning out of control, my heart was pounding outside of my chest, and I found myself having to catch my breath. It was truly amazing and I loved everything about these characters. The good, the bad and the ugly. It was truly outstanding!

This book hit some extremely hard button for me. Having gone through the abuse myself, and knowing this woman’s struggle to want to get away, wanting to stay away but every where she goes, it seems as though her past isn’t very far behind. A few times I had to step back and take a breather and come back, I sobbed, and I sobbed some more wishing I could erase that hurt, that constant fear, and that torment she went through, that I know oh so well.
This book isn’t for the faint of heart. It’ll pull at your heart strings, it’ll have you laughing one minute and crying the next. It’s an emotional roller coaster, but a fucking brilliant one at that.

JUST WOW!!!!!!!! I have loved all of the books in this series, but I have to say this one just blew me away..... Absolutely brilliant story line, that had me hooked right from the start, Blaze and Tess are my new favourite couple. This story has it all, it's a beautiful love story between Blaze and Tess, It has secrets and lies that threatens to destroy them, a past that comes back to create mayhem and violence and twists that I did not see coming. I cried both heartbreaking tears as well as happy tears, I was anxiously flicking the pages the whole way, dying to see what was going to happen. A 5 star read all the way......LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

OMG...…………………………..This book has just become my number one in this series.
I was pulled into this book from the very first paragraph, that is were I stayed until I had read the last word written. All the way through I had my mini movie playing along in my head.
Twists, turns and surprises await you within the pages of this book, all aide in making the book the fantastic read that it is. Some of the surprises you may see coming, where as others you won't, some of the surprises are large and some of them are small, but each and everyone is equally important as the last.
Each and every emotion that the characters go through ca.n be felt. I actually went through the emotions along with the characters. The was a point in the book where I really, really, really wanted to smack the main male character, but he redeemed himself. I think I cried, a bit more than any character in the book did. But I wouldn't of had it any other way.
This is one of those books, where you just have to read it to find out what is going to happen, but at the same time you don't actually want it to finish. I had an extremely hard time putting it down.
I highly recommend J.A. Collard if you haven't read any of her books you are truely missing out. i highly recommend this book, actually I highly recommend this series. But I personally would say if you are going to read these books then start with the first book in the series, as you will learn the dynamics of the MC and which member does what within the club.
I have read all the other books in this series more than once and I know that I will be reading books again.
If you are an MC fan and haven't read any of this series, you really should as you are missing out on one heck of an experience.

Another exciting read by J.A Collard. This story had everything you could want to read in a book. High level action that had me sitting on the edge of my seat, angst, heartbreak, sadness, traumatic events, and a beautiful love between the two main characters.
Some people get frustrated when a story has a high level of angst , but personally... I LOVE IT !!! I love to feel my heart beating out of my chest, sitting on the edge of my seat, furiously flicking through the pages anxiously just to find out what happens. I love all of it. Lol maybe I’m slightly unhinged? Who knows... but I think if an Author does it correct... then it leaves the reader wanting more, more, more.
Tess and Blaze. What can I say about these two amazing main characters ? I loved everything about them. He was just HOT, fiercely protective and my heart almost couldn’t take how much he loved Tess, and she was just a truly beautiful soul. I will not be delving into the storyline too much because I hate that and want the reader to experience all the roller coaster of FEELS for themselves. I will say though... this was a very thought out story, great character development, excellent action pace and impressive storyline flow.
It was also great to see the other characters from previous books and catch up with the other members of the MC. I cannot wait for the next installment.

Another great book by J.A. Collard. I don't know why I thought Tess would be a simple book. This book touched on domestic abuse, trafficking and rape. I was blown away when I read what Tess went through and how she became such an amazing person. I didn't understand why she didn't confide in Blaze. I also didn't like how the guys jumped to conclusions about Tess when they found out who she was, they pissed me off. The ending was really unexpected and I am not going to lie I cried at the end and when she went through it with her "ex". But such a good book and shows the range of Collard in the MC world.

Amazing !
Wow this book had me feeling all sorts of emotions and I have to say this book is my favourite in the series so far.
I was absolutely gutted at what poor Tess has been through and the emotions that Blaze showed truly showed how much he loves Tess . I cried so hard and laughed and I even at one point wanted to inbox the author and " Scream what the hell woman " lol
When a author can produce a reader to expel such emotional turmoil to want to throw her kindle against a wall you know your going to want to be her number one fan. Lol
Seriously if you haven't read this series yet please do so you will not be disappointed. I wish I could give this book more then five stars it's worth more then that.

WOW What did I just read. I have a very soft spot for Tess. She had a abusive Father and Husband, who she ran away and had her own tattoo parlour. This is where she meant Blaze. This was one emotional roller coaster, I was glued to the books so much, I was awake till 3:25am, believe me, I kept falling asleep and forcing myself to keep reading. (I paid the price for the next 2 days, straining my eyes and getting a migraine). I just could not put the book down, I had to find out what happens. The ending was fantastic.

I absolutely love this series but this book HOLY COW! It blows everything out of the park.
I absolutely love Tess her strength against all the adversity she encounters is inspiring. I would like to be like her when I grow up.
This installment is a little darker than the others and a bit more graphic. However, the author writes those scenes very well so they are part of the plot and not put in for shock value that some other authors do.
The twists you don't see coming will shock and make you cry. But it is all tied up at the end with an emotional HEA.

WOW what a great book - geez poor Tess sure suffered alot at the hands of her father and the 'man' he chose for her. She finally got away, built a new life, but when her past comes back, fiercely, she wasn't expecting the results - sad, just so sad. This book went into alot of details, but they were needed, so truly get a feel of how much she actually got away from, and how easily you HEA can slip right through your fingers.

Omg what an emotional roller coaster ride. I laughed, I cried, I ugly cried and finally I felt like I got my happily ever after right along with Tess and Blaze. Tess has been through so much in her life and my heart broke for her. When Blaze was a butt head I want to kick his butt for her. My heart shattered right along with his at one point, but by the end I was crying tears of joy. Once again J.A. Collard you have knock it out of the park. I love series and can't wait to see what happens next.

Absolutely fantastic! Its been a while since I've read any of the Blood Brothers Books but this sucked me back in within the first few pages and all the other books came flooding back. Its one of those books that's hard to review without giving too much away but its made me fall in love with so many characters, the story line was gripping, exciting and everything I'd want from an MC book - well done JA Collard can't wait to see what you give us next!

Wow i loved this read as it will take you down a dark steamy adventure and this story will grab you by the heart and show you how love can be true love and it can be felt to the point of life or death. This is a must read book.

Ah-maze-ing!!!!!
This book is by far J.A.’s best work. I have enjoyed all her books but this one had me hooked from the first chapter.
I loved Tess & Blaze’s story. It brought a tear to my eye once or twice, and I could feel the love those two characters have for each other.

This was a good read. Was a little confused on some of the time lines like how is Quill's girl older than the twins. Maybe I missing a book. Would recommend
