Although this subject matter can be quite daunting, this book really helps you to understand reporting and methodology in psychology. Ideal for university level study.

Very informative and brings the statistical and report side of psychology into light and in great detail.

How experiments and studies are backed up by evidence and what is included and how this evidence is collected and put together.

Fantastic textbook. It takes studies from the material in Investigating Psychology and uses them to explain how research is conducted and reported. Touches on the research design, research limitations, the importance of replication, how variables are manipulated, quantitative and qualitative data, and a basic introduction to inferential statistics. Everything is explained in very basic terms, and nothing ever felt complicated or out of reach. A perfect book for beginners wanting to understand the science behind psychology.
