यह कहानी है ग्रैडिअस नाम के एक ऐसे ग्रह की जो हमारी ही दुनिया के समरूप है, जहाँ वे इंसान हैं जिनकी पहचान कैथियंस के रूप में होती है। वे हमारे जैसे न हो कर भी हमारे ही जैसे हैं। उनकी दुनिया में भी धर्म और विज्ञान का सतत वैचारिक संघर्ष है। उनकी भी ठीक पृथ्वी जैसी ही मत मान्यतायें हैं... कि यह दुनिया, यह यूनिवर्सल सिस्टम किसी बेंडौरह या एलाह जैसी ईश्वरीय शक्ति ने बनाया है और उसने क्रिस्टोफर और एडविना के रूप में दो कैथियंस ग्रैडिअस पर भेजे थे जिनसे समस्त कैथियंस का जन्म हुआ।

लोग उसी ईश्वरीय शक्ति की इच्छानुसार कर्म करने पर मजबूर हैं लेकिन उसने अच्छाई और बुराई चुनने की छूट दे रखी है और उसी आधार पर कयामत के दिन सबका फैसला करके उन्हें हैवियन यानि स्वर्ग का सुख या शुबूगा यानि नर्क की सजा दी जायेगी। उनके बीच भी अलग-अलग धर्म हैं जैसे इस्लाम के समकक्ष फरायम, हिंदुत्व के समकक्ष वेयराइज्म, क्रिशचैनिटी के समकक्ष निब्रसिज्म या बुद्ध, महावीर, मुहम्मद, ईसा, मूसा, इब्राहीम, नूह के समकक्ष वूडो, वांगटी, थास्बट, बबूसा, रूजा, माइल, लूआ जैसे पैगम्बर और एलाह, बैंडोरह जैसे अलग-अलग मान्यताओं में अलग-अलग संबोधन वाला ईश्वर।

उनमें हममें एक फर्क है कि हम अभी विकास से विनाश की ओर अग्रसर अपने अंत तक पहुंचने के सफर में हैं और वे हमसे कई सौ साल आगे उस प्वाइंट तक पहुंच चुके हैं जहाँ उन्होंने तरक्की तो बहुत कर ली है लेकिन ठीक इंसानी तर्ज़ पर विकास और तकनीक की भूख के चलते अपनी खूबसूरत दुनिया को विनाश की कगार पर पहुंचा दिया है और अब ग्रैडिअस पर कैथियंस के सर्वाइवल की कोई कंडीशन नहीं बची और वे किसी नये ठिकाने की तलाश में हैं।

About the author

There are some skills in people which are said to be God gifted. If God exists and gifts, are not known but I have seen many such skills in people. I, myself am a living example of this.

I do not know how and when I got so much creativity that I started writing stories but I remember that when I was in class six, I made a rough copy by adding pages and wrote a story on it for the first time. Obviously, I did not know the right way to write at that time, and so there were a lot of errors in the story but wasn’t that enough that I wrote at such a young age.

Then at that phase when the other children used to play and flirt, all my time was spent reading or writing. The libraries were in full trend those days and in the library of our area, there was no book, comic or magazine that I did not read. Writing also continued in the same way. I wrote many novels, short stories, film scripts and songs etc. After that, I got so stuck in the struggles of life that I could not continue it further.

But now I have overcome those problems and am ready to make a career in the world of writing. I might not be very good at other things but writing is my life. I am probably born to write.

मैंने ज्यादातर रोमांटिक नोवेल्स और धार्मिक किताबें ही पढ़ी हैं, यह पहली किताब है जो मैंने लीक से हैट कर पढ़ी है और पढ़ कर दिमाग चक्र गया है.. समझ में नहीं आ रहा कि इस पर क्या राय दूँ, किताब तो नो डाउट बहुत अच्छी है लेकिन हर किस्म के धार्मिक इंसान के विश्वास पर गहरी चोट करती है, इस हद तक कि हर पढ़ने वाला सोचने पर मजबूर हो जाये, कि हम जो बिलीफ पकडे हुए हैं, वे वाकई में सही हैं या हम पीढ़ी दर पीढ़ी गलत रास्ते पर बढ़ रहे हैं।

For the first time we read something different, both the characters who talk among themselves, we get a lot that we either do not know or have never noticed before, but from their conversation we came to a conclusion So, what can be the implications of the descent of human beings, is it really happening to us that this story is not happening to us?

आज पहली बार गुडरीड्स पर आये हैं तो देख रहे हैं कि यहां तो सब ही मौजूद हैं, सभी किताबें और सभी लेखक। भई आपकी तीनों किताबें पिछले महीने पढ़ीं। यह गाॅड्स एग्जिस्टेंस से कुछ आगे की कल्पना है और जबर्दस्त कल्पना है.. साथ ही हम इंसानों के एक अवश्यंभावी भविष्य की झलक और एक क्लियर संदेश कि अगर हमें खुद को बचाना है तो पहले अपने प्लेनेट को बचाना होगा।

When I started reading, I was a bit shocked, I could not understand how these humans became so wide, how they grew and how they started to jump so long, but then read the blurb again, I understood what the matter was ... At first thought that they are different people and we have nothing to do with them, but in the end, the head was completely dizzy .. written wonderfully.

ये जानना मेरे लिये काफी दिलचस्प रहा कि इंसान के किसी ग्रह पर अवतरण के कौन कौन से पहलु हो सकते हैं और अगर एक धार्मिक और एक नास्तिक दो लोग अगर धर्म को ले कर तार्किक रूप से बहस करें तो कितने तरह की बातें निकल कर सामने आ सकती हैं और हमे सोचने के लिए कितने एंगल मिल सकते हैं।

Debho Bhai.. itna hardcore subject sab logon ke liye to nahi hota... aisi cheezen unki samajh me hi aayengi jinhe pahle se in sab baaton ki gahri jaankari ho, har kisi ke bas ka nahi.
