Junie B Jones is one of the only characters I connected with as a child and would read and collect all of her books. I still own all of them to this day, and cannot wait to pass them down. Junie B. Jones always kept me laughing and entertained!

I previewed this book as a possible series to read with my 4 year old. I threw it in the trash. The main character is a mean little brat with a foul mouth who advocates violence. This is definitely not a book I will be reading with my 4 year old. I may have put it up on the book shelf for later (when she's old enough to understand that she can't emulate the nasty, little brat) except that the grammar is atrocious. I really hope she will have better taste in literature. I didn't find anything redeemable about this book.
20. Tales of a little girl finding her way in life. The simplicity of Junie B.'s little problems were so relatable to me when I was her age. I loved being able to read these books on my own because it made me feel smart, and I found comfort and pleasure in her every day trials and triumphs so similar to my own at that age.
I read these books with my 5 year old son. He loves them and so do I! Junie is such a cute, sassy gal. We often laugh out loud at her experiences. My son is in Kindergarten and I feel like he can really relate to the content of these books. Such a fun book to share with your kids.
