💋💋💋

Not bad , but rushed in places with spelling mistakes.

Good story with plot and generally kept my attention.

Excellent characters, not all bedroom scenes and sex which was good , but definitely steamy in parts .

I would try another by this author, because the storyline was good .

This was the first time reading this author. The title had me confused and while the story was okay, I couldn't really get into it. I did finish it but it left me disappointed. For me personally, it read like a love triangle and I'm not into those. It did end with an HEA and that was good. I might try more of this authors books in the future!

It’s not like I had high hopes for this book but it still disappointed me. You never even learn what the company even is. Does it have a name? The story is super rushed and the sexy parts aren’t even all that sexy :(

This book is fantastic! The story of Julie, Mitch and Hayden is one of love, loss and intrigue. Julie and Mitch have grown up together after her father, Roger, took Mitch in after the accident that killed his wife and Mitch's parents. Growing up like brother and sister, she never allowed herself to express her feelings for Mitch. He felt the same and the two stayed good friends. When Roger dies and leaves his company to Julie and Mitch, he tells them about Hayden, a young man he mentored who will be there to help them as they take over the company. Soon the three find themselves involved in a relationship and the intrigue kicks in as they find a file for a project with no documentation. Julie goes searching and asks Arthur in the tech department but he tells her he knows nothing about it. Then the bomb explodes at the mansion. Luckily no one is hurt but they start to wonder if it has to do with the mysterious project. Things get worse when Hayden finds a threatening note on his car. He's back and forth to LA to run his company too when Julie gets some shocking news - she's pregnant. She wants all four of them to be a family but doesn't know how the men will feel. Mitch is onboard right away but Hayden runs away thinking they are better off without him. While Mitch goes to LA to follow up with him, Julie finds herself in an underground storage unit in the company basement. There, Arthur has set up a lab and is running experiments using the technology he and Roger started to develop. Mitch and Hayden rush in just in the nick of time to save her and when they get home and talk they find they are all ready to be a family. When their son is born, the men are over the moon and everyone gets the happily ever after they never knew they wanted.

United by a father's love.

This book is full of intrigue, suspense, action and an unexpected romance.  Roger is the owner of a billion dollar company.  He loves his family as much as his company.  He is left with his only daughter, Julie, after his wife dies after a battle with cancer.  They are both distraught from that loss but the bond that is formed between them is one that cannot be broken.
Mitch comes into the picture when as a youngster both his parents die.  Roger takes him into his family and raises both Julie and Mitch together as part of their family.  They become best friends from childhood to adulthood.
Roger is so proud of both his kids and as they get older prepares them to take over the company.  Off at another end he recognizes a brilliant o young orphaned boy that has started his own at a very you age and soon has his own company worth billions.  Roger is his mentor and Hayden also teaches Roger ways to improve how his own company operates.
Tragedy strikes them again when Roger becomes sick.  He's thought out everything for Julie, Mitch and Hayden to run the company and keep it growing.  There is something that also grows between the three of them.
When they start going through files of projects in the company, Julie comes across something odd and starts investigating it but can't find anything.  Things begin to happen.  This starts many dangerous things for the trio but especially Julie.  Police are called in and bodyguards are required.
Julie, Mitch and Hayden begin a relationship that brings each of them things they haven't experiences in their lives.  Some surprises for them and challenges.
I found this book rather interesting.  Definitely recommend this book for readers to get and enjoy.

I read this book as a serial from the author. It is a fast enjoyable read.
Julie's father has just died, and she and the man she grew up with, have inherited his company. Mitch came to live with Julie and her father when he was twelve after his parents were killed in an accident. Mitch adores Julie and would do anything for her.
Hayden is a genius, who grew up in the foster care system, practically raising himself, as his genius was beyond the "normal" people in his orbit. He went to college young, started his company and found a friend and mentor in Julie's father. And he comes forward to offer support, friendship and advice.
When researching old files of her father's, Julie finds a reference to a program that she has no knowledge of, and the more information she seeks, the less she can find. And when a bomb explodes in her father's wing of the house, the timing is suspect.
As Julie adjusts to her new life, she remembers her relationship with Mitch and wants more, but she is also attracted to Hayden, and in the aftermath of the bombing she reaches out to both men. She knows what she wants but are Mitch and Hayden willing to share her. Mitch and Hayden will need to make that determination and there is still a threat in existence that must be discovered and stopped.

This was a good read. Julie and Mitch have grown up together. After his parents died, Julie’s dad takes him in. Now, Julie’s father has died and leaves them both the company. He leaves the name of Hayden for them to help them with the transition and learning how to fully run the company. While they are looking over the files they come across one that has only a page. Julie starts to look into this and then later that night they have an attack at the house. Is this a coincidence or is someone trying to get them to stop looking onto this file. This brings them all even closer together. Can they handle being a threesome, or will Julie only have one of them? They have a very strong connection and it shows in the way they care for each other. Their chemistry is hot and steamy. There is action, suspense, steam, and some twists. This was a good storyline and I loved all three characters. They fit perfectly together.

When Julie’s father passes away, life as she knows it is irrevocably changed. Tasked with running the company he left to her and her best friend Mitch, introduces her to Hayden, the only other person her father trusted to help with the transition. As the three work together to take the company to the next level, they become close. Along with their newly formed partnership, they discover some things are not as they should be with regards to a project that was being developed which puts Julie in harm’s way. Can Mitch and Hayden protect her? Will Julie be able to have the relationship that she wants? This is one steamy read that once started you will not want to put down until the end.

Daddy's Two Best Friends - a review by Rosemary Kenny

Not so much friends,as foster child and protegee of her father, Mitch has been in Julie's life for a very long time,as a friend and more like a brother, ever since his parents and Julie's Mom perished in a serious car accident years earlier. The second 'friend' is her father's business protegee, Hayden, who comes into Julie and Mitch's already burgeoning romance, to be the third side of the love triangle that will change all three of their lives forever. To find out what happens next in this sauna-hot steamy romantic menage a trois, get your copy of Daddy's Two Best Friends and have a box of tissues and a cold drink to hand to help you through to the end of another red-hot romance from Summer Brooks!

Title is misleading ...

Ok 3 stars for this one, it’s not a bad book but could have been better put together, the characters had good chemistry together but individually they are lacking, Hayden’s character is very undecided on this relationship and he has better chemistry with Mitch than he does Julie and she’s the love interest! Mitch is a well rounded character for the most part and actually keeps the book worth reading. Julie is strong then weak then sappy and annoying to a degree, in all the story is ok but just doesn’t do it for me, IMO. And the title is misleading as there is only one friend and an adopted son! Is it a great read? No, but it is an ok read with an HEA

Great Story, but . . .

There were QUITE a few grammatical errors and some of them even took me out of the story. Also, the title is misleading. It’s really HER best friend and a VERY YOUNG friend of her father’s. There’s maybe five years or less of an age gap between her and her father’s friend that she has never met before. There were a few plot holes, too. I’m reading along and then I’m like, “Wait, how did they get there? Or know about that?” Overall, the STORY was good. I love a BFF -> lovers trope, adding it to MFM was a bonus. I also really liked the serious conversations and internal questioning about logistics and jealousy. Plus, the smexy times were incredibly HOT!

1.5 stars. I'm between I-don't-like-this and a meh place.

First, I didn't expect the subplot with a secret experiment in this. Sure, this might be a positive aspect to those who like them but me? I expected hot dirty smut.

Second, the whole not wanting to share the same girl thing. I didn't think the author fleshed that out properly. Obviously, the men had their hesitation in this but the way the story went, I think they were kinda trapped by the girl's pregnancy.

Like, were their emotions true though? I always asked this to myself whenever I'm reading about this trope. If the pregnancy didn't happen, do you think they would stay together?

I doubt it.

I really good read that is hot as hell. With only a few rough spots that jump jarringly but the story and steamy romance will make you forget those exist! The author does a really good job of making the characters feel real, up to and including their life changing dilemmas, that makes this story draw you in and have you understanding why they do or made the choices they did. I really enjoyed this book, finishing it in a day and look forward to others from this author!

Creating An Unconventional Family
by Korkoi

I really enjoyed this story, as the characters were well written and thought out. The storyline was really good, with a few twists and turns that made the story very interesting. It is really great to read a book with a strong-willed female character, who is not scared to go after what she wants, but also be prepared to ask for help when she needs it. This is one book you will not want to put down, once you start reading it.

Fantastic

I enjoyed every single minute of reading this book. It is a book about 3 lovers all do it willing. They get their happy ever after. But that is after a lot of touch and goo for some time. Three people in one relationship is hard. It is hard when it is two people. But the fact that third three people play different rolls and help in different ways and help each other makes it all that much better. Just an fYI it is two men and one woman. Then men do nothing together. They are both in love with the woman who happens to be in love with both of them.

A true menage love story. Julie's dad dies and leaves her and her best friend the company. Mitch has been raised as her brother but their feelings do not feel brotherly. Enter Hayden, a friend of her dad's but only slightly older than the other 2 and you have a great love story that includes mystery and drama. Love this author always.

Daddy’s Two Best Friends

I think this was an interesting concept but it moved so fast that it was over before you absorbed the previous sections. Also, I noticed the best friend told her she was uptight and maybe she could lose her virginity to relax. But, in no way did the main character express any virginal concerns when she had her ménage with the guys... it was never mentioned again.

Dislike Only from a Personal Place

I stopped reading after chapter 10/11, I think. I was hoping it was a situation where female liked both guys, slept with them, separately, then figured out who she wanted. The doubles in the bed just isn't my thing as a form of reading pleasure. A movie, maybe, but this was not good to me. If she had known both men for the same length of time, maybe I would have been more receptive. But asking Mitch to share.....no ma'am.

An emotionally passionate new book from Summer Brooks. I normally don't like menage relationships, but this story was well and tactfully written. The chemistry and love between Hayden, Julie, and Mitch was beautiful with wonderful characters readers will fall in love with. I can't wait to read more from Summer Brooks.

Im really enjoyed this book. The chemistry and mutual attraction between each guy and her radiated of the page. It was an interesting situation, but oh to have that situation to be in to have to choose. Lol Summer Brooks did a great job of the writing on this one and I for one, if you like reverse harem books, this is one to try.
