Loads of action in this page turning book that brings together many of my favorites from the others of Mr. Edge's series.
Paige and the rest of the VLA are working hard to convince Neorome to join them in their fight against the people that are out to kill all of the Variants/Enhanced.
Deception and intrigue hamper their efforts tremendously, and if will take all of their ingenuity , as well as the aid of Kira, Amber and others from the other series to unravel everything and get the wheels turning in their favor.
Bit of a cliff hanger, but so worth the read! I loved this book and can't wait for the next one.

I have the box set of this series so will just say that this part was absolutely great because of all the intrigue and mystery and double-dealings.
It was also good to see past characters back in action...yes, plenty of action, too.
Well-written (despite some errors), with a brilliant sense of place, alongside heroes to love and villains to despise, made this a compelling read.
Highly recommended.

Such nostalgia!
Alas we are reunited with past heroines (except one) of Edge’s Enhanced universe! I absolutely adored Kira and Amber in their instalments and am not disappointed in the slightest of their roles in this one. They both play a small but integral part in this story and I for one, was happy when the Red Warrior emerged (we all know it was itching to be released).
I love that Paige and Ford’s relationship has been taken to the next level, I love their chemistry and especially the more romantic aspects when they arise. It’s also nice to see Becca and Blair’s relationship is in the open now, such polar opposites but they work. Admittedly, I had my suspicions about Becca but I’ve been proven wrong and I love that she’s stepped up as a member of the team.
This book was amazing to say the least with all the old characters converging with the new. Especially Max and Paige being reunited was heartwarming. The twists and turns were all unexpected but exciting, especially the betrayal that Neorome met.
I’m off to read the next instalment. I’ve said this before but this is by far my favourite series instalment, so much action and drama. Love it!

Wow! Things heated up super quickly in this book! I don’t want to give anything away so I’ll just use the old saying “Out of the frying pan and into the fire...”
Paige and her friends have stumbled upon a new threat and true to form, they can’t help but to attempt to uncover the truth of what’s going on. This book is action packed and as always, leaves you on the edge of your seat ready for the next book in the series!

Another Brilliant Sequel!
I can’t get enough of this series and the Enhanced Universe in general. Finally we got to see Paige and co connect with characters from the previous series’ and it didn’t disappoint!

Plot twist or two
Well I did not see that one coming though it makes sense in hindsight. Talk about a plot twist at the end and I am being cryptic because I don't want to give too much away. Great series that is engaging and addictive.

Wicked!
Wow, it was fantastic to have old friends back, as well as the new. Kira, Dom, Amber, Leyton... Wow, absolutely awesome, and the action, excellent!

I struggled to finish this book. It was really slow and drawn out. Too much sitting around and going to parties.
