A boy slips into the quantum field to alter reality, a girl pays compliments and flowers appear, a woman replays moments in time to set things right, a man dies and returns to the living over and over . . . extraordinary abilities in ordinary humans. Through these thirteen mysterious, fanciful and, ultimately, human tales, authors Michael Buozis, Jan Carrington, Theodore Carter, Winston Derden, Becky Haigler, Mark Janson, David J. LeMaster, Neil Ellis Orts, and Vincent Craig Wright explore answers to the open ended what if you were able to . . .
Clearly one of the better collections ever. The story by Michael Buozis is the best, "his stop's 28th street." My favorite line in the story is, "Why would he kill the only thing he'd talked to on the train since he'd moved to the city?" Should be read and purchased by all!
