She begins what showing readers what to expect and the benefits of 'repatterning' before teaching us the 4-Step Repatterning Technique (Identify the Pattern, Own the Pattern, Surrender, Trust):

3) Expanded Options and Increased Involvement

Well written without fluff

Still in the process of learning and trying this technique but it is explained well with supporting anecdotes and scientific reasoning

Limited fluff and overall looking to apply 4 step program. I feel the book doesn’t hurt but ultimately would have liked more workbook activity’s.
