I have seen a lot of books like this. Most of them are much thicker with a lot of junk materials and superstitious stuff. But this one is from a doctor with a scientific and statistic viewpoint. And it weeds out many unproven or impractical teachings in the field that is never short of advice but full of bad ones. In my opinion, it definitely worths keeping. Because being able to use any tip out of the many provided is already a hundred times more valuable than the cost of buying the book.
