At first I was horrified at how gory and gross the book was but then I couldn’t put it down. Eating people grinder into burgers 🤢 then his own son did what he did. Great book! Definitely looking forward to read more of Jon’s work

This book has a *LOT* of mistakes. It was neither edited nor proofread.
Problems:
-Paragraph breaks occur in mid-sentence (not a stylistic choice either, these are random and present all throughout the book).
-Periods are found in the middle of sentences. An example.of this is this.sentence.
-Someone did a replace all on the word "couch" turning it to "cough."
-Marked lack of continuity with how bones are handled.
-Frequently, when dialogue is present, and divided as a back and forth between two characters, the opening or closing parenthesis is missing. Example of what I am talking about: "Hi," said Dave. Hi," said Joe. OR - second example: "Hi," said Dave. Hi," said Joe.
You will come across multiple instances of these, and other, poorly crafted sentences/paragraphs - multiple per page. It really takes you out of the book - HARD. Also, either the author frequently refers to his friends as "old china" or this is another replace all for some other word or phrase. These are just the technical elements that are wrong with the book. If you're looking for character development or plot development, you'll be missing that stuff too.
All in all, 90% of this book is a gore-fest. There's not much going on. The ending has a touch of horror in a delicious (pun intended) way - it's really the end that bumps this up in star ratings, but boy does this dude need some help with the technical end of things. The author should start by just running a grammar and spell check in his word processing program of choice. Honestly, I only snagged this paperback because it was three bucks on amazon with free shipping, and I'm rather under the impression that I overpaid.

A very diabolical read. I found teh book interesting and could not put it down. After reading, a person might reconsider their eating habits. But a very unexpected ending.
