Coffee Temptations
Coffee shop owner, Nathan Reid decides to expand the business by adding sandwiches to the menu. However, his longtime employee, and close family friend, Ms. Carol tells him she’s retiring and has hired a replacement. There’s just one problem. His new shop manager is the gorgeous woman who has been running through his mind since they met at the store a few days before. He couldn’t take his eyes off her, and she was now his employee. After losing her job at Sam’s Sandwich, Amelia Sinclair took her son and moved back home to be closer to her parents. By a stroke of luck, she was able to get the job working at Reid’s Coffee Shop. But she didn’t expect to see the sexy man from the store sitting behind the desk as the owner of the shop she now worked for. The attraction between them continued to build, but there were just so many reasons a relationship wouldn’t work. Nathan couldn’t look past the age difference. Amelia couldn’t look past him being her boss, and she had her son to think about also. Could both Nathan and Amelia get out of their comfort zone in order to find happiness? There’s only one way to find out.

"Coffee Temptations" tells the tale of romance between our protagonists Amelia and Nathan.
Amelia is a dedicated single mother, newly laid off and desperate to be the perfect fit for the job she's found in her hometown she's recently moved back to. Nathan, a cautious and hard-working business owner of a Coffee Shop, happens to be Amelia's new boss.
After a somewhat confrontational encounter at their local grocery store as strangers, Amelia and Nathan are formally introduced as coworkers and an awkward romance begins.
Admittedly, the romance between the two is luke-warm the majority of the time, with both Amelia's concerns for her son and Nathan's hangups about he and Amelia's age difference causing their interactions to range from hot to ice cold, almost concurrently.
There is a lot of detail given about the ins and outs of Nathan's Coffee Shop and his plans for expansion, but I couldn't help but wish that instead of there being so much detail given to describe the daily routine i.e the monotonous tasks the characters were completing, that there had been more time spent describing the chemistry between Nathan and Amelia, as well as the characters' thoughts and feelings during these interactions.
Ultimately this story is a sweet read and I can definitely approve of the much deserved "happily ever after" that Amelia and her son get with Nathan.

When I first saw this book I had to get it. The cover is absolutely gorgeous! And the fact that it's called "coffee temptation" Yes please!!
It's about this coffee shop owner Nathan wants to expand his coffee shop and adding sandwiches to the place. His manager that he's had for years is retiring and he's looking for a new manager. Meet Amelia Summers, his new younger, sexier manager. There is so much sexual tension between them, but Amelia can't date him...he's her boss. Plus, it's only been her son and her for years. How is this going to work?
Beautiful story, loved the characters. Love that they do get their happy ever after.
