Weaving For Beginners
This is a good book for someone looking for what weaving entails. It includes a little bit of the terminology, tools, what you will be able to make, etc. I was looking for a book for beginners to weaving, to learn how to do weaving so I was very disappointed. Someone who is looking for a book that gives an overview of what weaving is, what you need and what you can do with it not how would be very happy with this book it is well written and to me the only thing that is lacking is that there are no pictures. It would be so much better for someone not familiar with weaving to show the items as they are described. Other than that it’s a book for someone who’s looking for information about weaving.

Great Information!!
The author presents a variety of information providing the reader with the background on weaving. She gives us ideas and suggestions associated with the subject. While basic weaving methods and terminology are not presented, the background and potential for future uses are things that can help in making the decision for future purchases and activities.

Too general; uninspiring
I was looking for more specific directions and techniques so this book disappointed. It was light and easy reading though.

Lacks Depth
Purely an overview of weaving and spinning. No illustrations or detailed guidance. Easy read, able to skim the entire book in less that 10 minutes
