I was forced to unleash hell on Earth by bringing an evil back from the dead...
I was also forced to see that the one I have been falling head over heels for is on the wrong side of this fight. He did nothing to stop what was happening to me, and I no longer trust my judgement or anyone around me, for that matter.

My kindle version of book 2 is overflowing with edit errors. That was just a note hopefully the author is working on remedying, because I know there are tons of reviewers that will severely hurt ratings over it. Now, book 2, did its job for me. More layers of mystery and intrigue are appearing, as well as what I imagined would be the fated couple seems more likely not to be. The academy’s purpose is being rewritten by different leadership and this book leaves me needing to read book 3. I am enjoying the storyline. It does have a darkness about it, which makes me very curious to read the outcome. All my reviews are always voluntarily written.

Bad news good news
I chose this rating basically because the beta or arc readers failed miserably with their jobs, on almost every page there are either spelling mistakes or major typos.
Now obviously this detected the overall served of the book.
The overall plot and storyline is good, the characters are believable and I am enjoying the series but it is negatively affecting the overall enjoyment of it all.
It's a shame.
