In this Book 2, I highlight situations that propel folks to seek a Self-help method of improving their circumstances. I give true examples of situations that warrant a mad rush toward a self-help method of finding solutions and I describe boot camp style self-help as a fast, yet effective self-help method of learning. Boot-camp style, self-improvement seminars literally kick participants’ butts into learning a specific “thing” in a short span of time, and, therefore changing lifestyles. I lay out how self-help can be helpful to individuals looking to change a viewpoint or make a significant turnaround. I remind folks that Self-help is a personal decision, in one’s quest to improve circumstances; and, I encourage the application of a self-help method of learning.
