Buku non-fiksi ini membawa kita untuk sedar bahawa hidup ini bukan semata mata pantas sahaja. Ada masanya, kita juga perlu perlahan-lahan memaknakan kehidupan. Jadilah seperti seekor sloth.

Boleh jadi, bila kita melakukan sesuatu benda dengan perlahan dan tenang, kita mampu menggapai sesuatu yang besar pada hujungnya?

Buku ini tidak terlalu banyak perkataan. Pada halaman pertama, akan diselitkan sedikit tentang motivasi diri, dan pada halaman seterusnya disediakan ruang untuk pembaca melakukan aktiviti kendiri. Sebagai contoh, menyenaraikan buku yang diminati, permainan 'maze', resipi masakan dan macam macam lagi. Menjadikan buku ini tidaklah membuatkan pembaca terasa bosan.

good choice of words, witty and very relaxing (over relaxing which is very sloth like). quite thick too but in general a very good book. This book make me feel calm & relax.

Love it - great insights on benefits of slowing down. Must read it slow as it gives time to internalise the underlying message
