An original story based on the popular Nickelodeon animated show The Loud House ! Will Lincoln ever make it to the arcade?Lincoln and Clyde have been waiting for this day Marshmallow Martian Blasters has finally arrived at the arcade, and nothing will stop them from being first in line to play it! Nothing, that is, except ten sisters who all seem to need something from their only brother. Noooo! So Lincoln devises the perfect plan of escape, and all goes well-until one of his younger sisters needs help that only he can give...
A boy sneaks out on home fun to try to play a game, but realizes where true goodness lies. I liked that the whole family took care of each other (down to diaper changing!). It was also fun that the parents were never on the page. Maybe this is a thing in the TV show? Is it a TV show?
I really enjoyed the book. The book is filled with relatable characters and exciting moments that'll keep young readers engaged. As someone familiar with the cartoon, I found it easy to visualize the characters and settings, making the story more enjoyable.
The author did a great job in capturing the essence of the show, making the book a must-read for fans of the series.
A fun read, even if you've never seen the cartoon. A great book for young kids and pre-teens, and parents should like it too.
Lincoln dodges out on his sisters and their projects by pretending to be completely incompetent. His buddy Clyde is waiting for him, and the two of them are so focused on a video game at the local arcade, that they miss out on what should have been a fun day. One thing I did not like, however, was pulling Clyde out of the story just as it was getting good.
