Outstanding PM system for seasoned and new PMs

As an engineer this book and it's content resonated with me. Like Einstein once said, "Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler." This book has done just that. A pretty standard book on project management. Nothing revolutionary. I am just amazed how many companies do not follow these basic rules. Perhaps one of the reasons projects are often behind schedule, over budget and out of scope.
