Emme, Holly and Jess are just like regular girls, always messing and having fun. But they’re also fairies, and instead of regular school, they go to the Magic Manor, where they learn all about being kind and having good manners. Then they’re sent out into the human world to teach children what they’ve learned. Of course, it’s not always easy being good! Will they ever be able to graduate from fairy school? Brought to life with Lucy Kennedy’s trademark sense of fun and cheekiness, this book will appeal to all small children trying to make friends, while having a laugh along the way.
This was a cute story about fairy sisters seeking to make the world a better place.
The pictures are darling and we enjoyed the characters. The three sisters are fun and very different making it a great book for reading aloud.
I felt like the story was a bit over-simplistic. I would have liked more details about school and life. It seemed like they literally came to school for 5 minutes, got their assignment and left. Then there are many unanswered details about relationships like with the girls' neighbors, the teacher's mysterious man, and what happens next for the graduates.
My kids enjoyed this book and it's a quick read. But not my favorite.
Whimsical and refreshing. A great way for little ones to learn about manners and kindness. I enjoyed the different personalities of each fairy- especially Holly and her disguises! Jess gets all the points for cuteness though. Also very curious about Ms Ava and her date!
