I have a feeling that reading this book is going to make my brain hurt, cause me to wash my hands frequently and run through many bottles of hand sanitizer quickly.

Update: Just finished reading Microscopic Life with my daughter and I must say I really enjoyed it. Yes we were both eager to wash our hands and brush our teeth after our daily read, but it was very informative and went along with and expounded on the cell section we are currently studying in Life Science. I found the chapter covering size and scale to be most helpful in describing exactly how small a nanometer or micrometer really is. Also the history and evolution of the microscope and how it has revolutionized medical science. This would be a fantastic edition to any middle or high school science class or library.
