Book 3 continues where Zeke and Siren/Aria left off previously, with a whopper of a secret revealed. A deal breaker for Zeke. She's now off limits to him now even if it's he thinks he has feelings for her. I haven't been in Sirens corner, don't like the way she's treated Zeke. She seemed like a cold, ruthless woman who crushed men under her boots without a thought. Didn't want my favorite, Zeke, to be her next victim of love, but maybe it's too late for that now.

So many twists in this story, so pay attention, but make sure you've read the first 2 books in this series before reading this one, there's much to know! I began to see more of Siren/Aria's back story, struggling to be a strong woman for the sake of promises made, loyalty, whether is is warranted or not and love. She has a softer side, just doesn't like to show it or appear weak to her enemies. There are enough enemies to keep track of and you are never quite sure who is or isn't.

Zeke has seen the good, the bad and the ugly sides of Siren but can he trust anything she does or says? Doubtful! He has fallen for her, but doesn't want to. She thinks she loves him, but knows it puts him in danger. These two are a mess!

Villians are everywhere, no one is to be trusted or taken a face value, scheming is part of the game. An unexpected appearance had me wondering why that person allowed themselves to be seen. Someone gives away too much and ends up very much broken! What will the next chapter reveal for Zeke and Siren. Stay tuned and be ready to find out more of the SINFUL TRUTH in Tangled Promise, coming very soon to an e-reader near you!

There is a reason why Ella Miles will always be one of my favorite authors. She writes awesome stories where she allows her readers on the journey along with her characters. Remarkably well written with a wonderful storyline, there's a great mix of danger, drama, twists, suspense, betrayal, lies, secrets, deceit, sacrifices, intense chemistry, and love.

I Love Ella Miles, she has me on the edge of my seat and I can't get enough.
From the latest secret revealed in the last book my mind was blown. Atleast now I know about Aria's marriage.
I felt that Aria we saw more of Aria in the book she was vulnerable and all in the book. Usually that is Zeke's roll ;)
I hope they find their happiness soon. And I really hope the next book ends in a Happily ever after. I can't take too much more of their heartbreak and anguish.

This is the 3rd book in this series and I do recommend reading them in order. Zeke and Siren’s story continues as we learned that Siren is married. More secrets in Siren and Zeke’s life are revealed and it is shocking to learn how much Julian knows about Zeke’s past. Both know they are falling for each other but know they will get hurt in the process. We learn about Hugo, Siren’s husband and why she can’t leave him. Fast-paced read with loads of drama and suspense these characters have so much depth and secrets that they really draw you in. I am hooked!

This is book three in the Sinful Truths series and it is filled with more twists and turns to be enjoyed, loved and hated. This author can draw you in and make you feel so involved in the story that you find yourself craving the emotional roller coaster of Zeke and Siren's story. When I see a book from this author, I gotta clear my schedule because I have come to learn that once I pick the book up, there is no way anything is prying it from my fingers until I am done. I cannot recommend or imagine a more fantastic day than to curl up with one of this author's books. As always, anxiously awaiting more.....enjoy!

Wow, I don't know how Ella does it! Each one is better than the last! Reckless Fall is full of twists and turns that will leave you with more questions than answers. Zeke's and Siren's chemistry/connection is so intense, they can't stay away from each other, even with all the chaos around them. Such a great series!!

A Suspense-Filled Steamy Enemies To Lovers Story That Hooks You! Zeke And Siren Each Harbor Secrets, Putting Them At Odds.

This is book three of the Sinful Truths series. It picks up where book two leaves off, and is best read following it, yet it is possible to read this without having first read book two. There are many hidden truths, but this is also true for those reading the book in series, and most of the relevant events from books one and two are eventually mentioned. It ends at a natural transition point, shortly after a shocking discovery, but secrets and hidden truths remain as well as unfinished business that sets up the three remaining installments in the series.

Siren, a.k.a. Aria Torres Martinez, thirty-two, has made a vow to Jullian Reed, the drug lord who runs things on St. Kitts and beyond. He is working towards expanding his territory; in book one, he dipped into human trafficking. Siren is tied to him, but she hates him. She hates all men. They have all disappointed her. Unashamed of her body, she uses it as a weapon against men and has become known as Aria Torres, infamous man-eater. She works for herself, no matter what Julian thinks. But she must follow his orders and she can never lie. She lures bad men into her trap for Julian, who gains from their demise.

Zeke Kane works for the infamous Mr. Black. They are more like family, and Zeke will stop at nothing to protect his family. His immense size and physical strength make him a formidable opponent. Yet for those he loves, he is selfless and sweet. He was rescued from bleeding out from a gunshot wound and drowning in the depths of the Caribbean by a beautiful woman with the voice of an angel. Siren, he called her. But her motives weren't altruistic. He had been willing to lay down his life for her but was cruelly betrayed and found himself Julian's prisoner instead. In book two, Julian wants Mr. Black's location, but after Aria's exhaustive efforts to get Zeke to talk, Julian offers Zeke an alternative. Five rounds of truth or sin, similar to truth or dare. Julian adds the caveat that failure will result in Aria's death. Keeping his truths to himself, Zeke opts for sin in his first round.

Eli Beckett appears to be moving in on Julian's turf. Zeke's sin is to track down and eliminate the one-armed Mr. Beckett, about whom little is known. Julian assigns Aria to accompany Zeke. Her truthfulness will confirm whether or not Zeke completes his assignment. They discover that Eli Beckett works for Mr. Black. Zeke manages to rescue him from the death Siren believes he suffered and sends him into hiding.

In the third book, Zeke recognizes that he could have loved Siren, but when he discovers she is married he shutters his heart, unwilling to allow her to hurt him yet again. Meanwhile Julian announces that for the next round of sin or truth, since Zeke no longer loves Siren, he will kill Lucy if Zeke fails. Lucy is an innocent from Zeke's youth that his best friends know nothing of, so he needs to know the source of the information. Hugo, Siren's husband, says it was Siren who discovered Lucy, which is yet another reason Zeke and Siren are at odds. For the next round, the truth Julian asks for is the location of Mr. Black's vault. Zeke is shocked again to discover how much Julian knows, and chooses sin. Julian wants something of equal value, so he gives Zeke less than a week to steal one billion dollars and deposit it into his account.

Zeke and Siren's story in Reckless Fall centers around their acceptance and admission of their love for one another. Siren fell recklessly in love with Zeke the day she saved him. The problem is that she cannot tell him the truth. She works to save him from Julian, but Zeke's honor keeps getting him into trouble. Zeke tries to protect himself from being hurt again by Siren because he knows he could eventually marry her. But discovering she is married with no intention of divorcing means she will never be his. He struggles against his feelings, but his love for her is easily recognized.

So far the series has been following Zeke's efforts to earn his freedom from Julian and keep his friends safe. This book lays out Siren's path to freedom. Three men own her. Her husband Hugo owns her past and her name. Julian owns her actions and loyalty. And finally, Zeke owns her heart. Siren must free herself of all the men to be free.

Readers may have questions while reading. Most resolve sufficiently once the truth is known. I found several things to be unrealistic, however. *Spoilers* First, stealing one billion dollars in less than a week is so easily accomplished that it makes you wonder why it doesn't happen every day! Next, the phone would have been traceable to the island, so it isn't clear how they expected to get away with it. Moreover, that Hugo, by all accounts a total loser, has billionaire parents suddenly seems too convenient. It also makes it hard to imagine how it is his parents believe he is still married to Aria after seven years of separation. In addition, it is unlikely that someone as close to Julian and as astute as Siren not have a clue as to how powerful he is after working so closely with him for seven years. Further, that Hugo is destroyed by Aria is hard to accept given his behavior during their marriage and his failure to try in earnest to win her back over the years. Finally, Aria is thirty-two. She has been working for Julian seven years, since age twenty-five. She married when she made her agreement with Julian. That means between age eighteen, when Aria and Hugo first met and kissed, and twenty-five, when they married, Aria and Hugo only slept together once in the back of her old car. It seems unlikely.

Zeke and Siren's third story is a suspense-filled, steamy, enemies to lovers romance that will keep you hooked on the series. Zeke and Siren both harbor secrets, but their intentions are at odds. Here we learn more about Siren's past and her relationship with Hugo. The book is nicely written. The POV alternates between Zeke and Siren, with cameo POVs from Kai and Hugo. The plot is carefully constructed. The characters are well-defined. I rate this book four stars.

Great continuation and waiting for the next

*** 4 1/2 Stars ***

The story of Zeke and Siren continues in Reckless Fall, the third book in the Sinful Truths series. This book starts where Twisted Vows ended so you much read this series in order to understand what is happening and the characters. Although even if you do the number of twists and turns in the story-line requires a flowchart to follow. This story just keeps building with more betrayals, lies, half truths and a lot of secrets. Zeke learns that Siren is actually married and this is a line he will not cross so he shuts himself off from her. But she is not going to let him get away so easily as he does have her heart. More things are revealed about who Julian is also. But Zeke and Siren continue to do a back and forth between them and there is another cliffhanger ending with another roller-coaster ride waiting for us in the next book.

I received an ARC of this book in exchange for my honest review. My opinions are all my own.

Please make this series cost effective for all readers. 7 books at 7 bucks each = 49 for the series. No unlimited at the Canadian store ☹️☹️☹️
This is book 3 in the Sinful Truths series. I read the first book, but not the 2nd. There are more twists and turns and I enjoyed the read. I was a little lost not having read the 2nd book but it is almost 7 bucks at the Canadian store so although I like the series, with no Kindle Unlimited and no box sets, it’s unlikely I will have the chance to read the 6 book series and I find that frustrating. Each book is 7 bucks so to have to buy 5 more we are talking 35 bucks - it’s just unreasonable. I hope the author reads this and makes her books available for everyone to read at a more reasonable price.

I'm almost done with this book. I love it and I hate it.
I read all the book previous with Kai and Enzo black.
Why do I hate it? Some of the decisions they have made in this book are crazy to me. There like self inflicted wounds. Zeke did not have to play Julians stupid game. He should gone to Enzo for help, found Lucy, got himself and Siren out of there. There were so many opportunities that they had. And Siren willingly let's herself get sold. Wtf. Someone tell what I'm not getting here. They caved instead of fighting. I am so attached to all of the characters, so I will finish this series and hope for the best. I just dont get some the stupid choices they are making.

**I received a review copy of this book in exchange for an honest voluntary review. All opinions are my own and not influenced by my source.**

This instalment was a little on the slower side for me. Our leads are at a defining moment and that means we get quite a bit of self reflection. I wanted a little more drama and excitement.

With the original series, Truth or Lies, our leads have the on-going competition lingering in the background. I find this series so far lacks that overarching subplot. Yes, there are inklings that something larger is afoot but I find each novel is a more episodic, ending on a cliffhanger to keep you invested for the next instalment. And that's definitely not a bad thing, I just miss that white-knuckle tension Ella Miles can add to her novels.

“SHE KEEPS LYING TO ME BY TELLING THE TRUTH” … always in the name of love

“Falling in love is easy; not getting hurt is the hard part. Not destroying the one you love .. that’s the hardest of all”

ZEKE and SIREN fall recklessly for each other, but at what cost? She finally lays her heart on the line and his freezes over. I loved that she let her vulnerability shine through in this 3rd installment, but Zeke’s too dense to trust it, even though they anchor each other. The book packs a gargantuan emotional and dramatic wallop, as misunderstood Siren proves herself a martyr for love. She keeps breaking her own heart (and others) to do what she thinks is right, which makes for tangled mess of love and lies. For a woman who can’t lie, she mixes it up pretty good – lies that contain truths and technical truths that contain lies. Always in the name of love. "Apparently, lying for love is easy." She and Zeke just can’t get on the same page at the same time.

More than ever, it sucks to be a woman in Ella Miles’ action adventure/romance series. Like Kai before her in the previous series, Siren goes through a daunting trial- by-fire to prove herself and hopefully get what she wants and deserves – so go girl power! She has to work harder than men in every way to survive and the men don’t make it easy.

3 men love Siren (Hugo Martinez her first love and husband; Julian Reed the enigmatic criminal who owns 10 years of her life; and hottie Zeke the man who truly owns her heart but hasn’t earned it). She only loves one, but can’t save him. Big surprises come out in the story about who Julian Reed is, details about her husband and marriage, and the ever-shifting love story with Zeke. "The best men hide who they really are." It boils over in a slam-bang ending cliffy that had me yearning for the next book.

Siren and Zeke continue to tap dance around each other’s feelings – as one leans in, the other retreats, and so their tango of the heart goes. The lovers go back and forth constantly in this book and the plot isn’t very tight because they keep getting shifted in different directions on a turn of a dime, which is a bit dizzying. The story is mostly about the lovers seeking common ground for trust and love, with lies and truths mucking it up. With every breakthrough, misconceptions jolt them apart again. Their topsy-turvy, combative path leaves a breathless trail of anticipation though, and it’s impossible to second-guess how they’ll extricate themselves from one nasty situation after another. Are they in lust or love? Time will tell. For now, they bicker, love hard and jealously, and fight against the cruel forces controlling them. Over and over, I was torn by their selfless acts of love. In a dramatic turn, I questioned whether Zeke made the best play in the long-run, which risks their love and their hearts. A new character emerges and an old friend makes a cameo.

IN SUM: Check your logic at the door. Ella gives great “bang for your buck”, even in implausible storytelling that reminds me of a sexed-up adventure serial – the characters throw caution to the wind and we hang on every moment like a good popcorn movie, whether we believe it or not. Technically it shouldn’t work – spending so much time in characters’ heads to “tell more than show” a story, and reliance on repetitive thoughts. Yet, it does. The books are undeniable pageturners and that’s because Ella has a unique, captivating voice and creative imagination as an author, even though she defies convention and rules of storytelling. Still, I want more from this author in the way of showing us plot and action, with better editing and proofreading. Rushed plotting and action tends to jump quickly, at the expense of its own logic. Sorry, not giving plot points away here. But, her writing is blissfully entertaining. Every time she boxes herself into a corner, she finds a clever way out. I actually rate this book 3.75, but can’t help but give her the benefit of the doubt. Bring on the next book!

"I'm Aria Torres. I'm an expert manipulator, man-hater, and slayer of men"
"I can see past the armor she wears"

4.5* I need more! - Simply great, there's nothing more to say

I have no words to describe what these series is doing to me, and all the cliffhangers... I just can't wait for the next parts. I need to know what will happen next like stat. This is getting more and more interesting. I'm completely lost, not sure what else I can expect but so far there is so much intrigue, so many unsaid truths, hidden feelings and all the suspense...
Great plot, perfectly paced, twists and turns that made my head spin and hard to predict next events. Perfect full of suspense romance with complicated feelings. Love is not easy, especially not in a world where Aria and Kane are leaving.

Reckless Fall.I am hooked on this series. The previous books have shown us the connection Zeke has with Siren/Aria. This book goes deeper into the reason for their relationship. Both Zeke and Siren tried to save each other from men who want to do them harm, but end up hurting each other in the process. Zeke needs to save his family and friends from Jullian. Everyone is trying to get to Zeke's boss Enzo Black for his power. Now Siren has been sold again and Zeke gives up everything to save her, but will she accept his help and go with him to be safe? Most of the book talks about the relationships Siren has with Hugo,Zeke, and Jullian. Keep reading because there is so much information you will need to know for answers. A must read book! First, let me say this. Ella Miles' books are so intense, so intriguing, so overwhelming at times, nothing can be described as normal on this emotional rollercoaster. That being said, I love the fact she finds a way to give a brief synopsis at the beginning of the book that immediately pulls you in so whether you've read every book in the series to this point or this is the first one you've picked up, you're going to know what's going on and become fully vested that fast. And if you thought becoming vest within the preface is fast, wait until you start chapter one because it takes off and there is no slowing down from there. The chemistry between Zeke and Siren is unstoppable. The twists and turns of the plot with their "Truth or Sin" game continued to keep me on my toes. The twisted game Julian plays and his fountain of information is heart-stopping and puzzling. Nothing in this storyline is predictable and yet that's what makes it great. I was lucky enough to be given an ARC of this book and this is my honest and voluntary review.
