Wow, pointless reviewers. I just wish 1 person actually said somewhere that this is a fucking cheating duet so I wouldn’t have wasted my time on this.
DNF at the ow BJ scene. The h is of course a doormat.

So in book 1 the MCs had sex after getting engaged, but before they had sex the h walked in on the H getting his dick sucked by this ow at a party. The ow is his regular fuck buddy, they all go to the same school and this bitch gives the h a hard time.
In this book 2, they are still engaged, even more committed because he claimed her in public.
The H has moved the h into his house after finding her again, then he went on a date with the same ow from book 1, she did suck his dick but he couldn’t get hard. Yes, he cheats. He went to cheat, she did put it in her mouth but he couldn’t get hard. 🙄
Here’s what the ow said when he couldn’t get it up:
‘It happens to every guy,’ Aleks had cooed with her syrupy voice like I was a child. ‘Let me try harder.’

This book swept me away with its enthralling characters & engaging storyline and be prepared to forgo sleep as you will want to devour this book in one sitting. Bittersweet Revenge picks up right where Bittersweet Legacy left off and you will be pulled into a story full of intrigue, scheming, mystery, and romance.
I adored Esme and her feisty spirit. This girl is definitely no wilting flower. She is resilient and has a backbone as she continually challenges Caleb. Caleb vacillates hot and cold as he tries to grapple with all of his feelings. He is obsessive and has a thirst for revenge, but he cannot help but be drawn towards Esme. These two have explosive chemistry together. There is a constant push and pull between them which I found entertaining to watch. This book is told from a dual POV which I think was very fitting for this type of novel. I enjoyed getting a peak into both of their minds.
The author does a brilliant job with the execution of the story as well as with character development. I especially enjoyed the underlying mystery and watching how it all played out. Bittersweet Revenge is not a standalone so be sure to check out book 1 prior to diving into this novel. It is an excellent conclusion to Esme’s and Caleb’s story and I am hoping that the author will give some of the secondary characters their own books. Overall, I really enjoyed this enemies-to-lovers romantic suspense. It is a series that I definitely recommend.

Really let down by second book.

Th conclusion of a great story is always one of the most exciting and sad experience to true book lovers. The ending to this story is no exception. The mystery and misdirection of the “Who done it” was absolutely a perfect read. The budding romances make you wonder if spin offs are in the air. Everything but one was wrapped up perfectly. (I smell a spin off)I can’t wait to read more story’s from RG Angel.

Man this book two is as good, if not better than the first one!
When it was all coming together my heart was pumping through the roof! I can not believe how much depth and character development was in this story! The characters really evolved and I loved every minute of this read!
The author did a phenomenal job writing and I was very very pleased with how everything played out!

I don’t even know how to start with this review .
Seriously R.G has blown me away again .
Esme is back and she’s out to prove her worth, with danger lurking round every corner.
But no one and nothing can keep our girl down.
She’s a fighter.
Caleb is more confused than ever .
Does he trust her.
Does he hate her.
Is she his one?
Or is she his enemy .
I loved Archie and I can’t wait for him to get his story .
The twist’s in this book want you flipping pages to see what’s going on. But the slow pace of waiting for what’s to come is so worth it, I didn’t want this book to end .

This book captivated and intrigued me with this enthralling storyline from start to finish I couldn’t put it down! I was so excited to get this second book after reading Bittersweet Legacy , I knew immediately that I’d found a gem and this author didn’t disappoint! This story was intense and emotional and full of secrets lies betrayals and a mystery that is over a decade old ! I loved the chemistry between Esme and Caleb they just couldn’t deny there feelings for each other . The character development was spot on in this book and I loved how we got to see each character development from the first book and the growth between Esme and her brother Archibald was so beautiful to see between twins and they’re bond had only strengthened not weakened at all . This story is packed full of mystery, secrets and steam and is a definite page turner I read this book in one night so be prepared once you start you won’t be able to put this addicting read down ! Definite 5 stars and a definite enemies to lovers romantic suspense bully romance you must read ! Can’t wait for more from this author and I’m so excited that Tay and Archibald get a story of there own along with my sweet funny boy Antoine his book is coming hopefully by the end of this year so much to be excited for and I’m so glad I discovered this author her writing is phenomenal and refreshing and I’m a huge fan of The Patricians and I’m here for it !!!

I love this series!

This is a dark romance, enemies to lovers book. Full of mystery, cruel and crude men and a whole heap of bittersweet romance.

I love Caleb and Esme, the dark and light, the complexities yet simple dynamic of their relationship is one I love reading. I have to say the character progression and development for Caleb is my favourite. Through out we see his edges smooth out as he battles with himself and his emotions towards esme. The pace was set beautifully and was so captivating you can’t help but fall for him yourself.

I enjoyed how esme sticks true to who she is. She grew as a character but not to the point where it was a drastic change. Her character growth was very subtle yet you were able to see the changes.

The world build of this book was great. So much hidden in the background and not all was as it seemed. The added twists in the story keeps it interesting and also camped up the suspense to make this a pleasurable and full experience to read.

I can’t wait for Archie and Taylor’s story! Theirs is still such a mystery, one I want to unravel so bad! And Antione!! I hope he gets the HEA he deserves!

For a debut author this series will shock you in the very best way. The skills already showing to the depth of the characters and plot take some authors years to acquire.
Been dying to read this book since finishing Bittersweet Legacy, wanting to get answers and to see if love does find a way to bloom amongst the rubble of years of hidden secrets and vendettas...Also hoping to see the sibling bond grow more in this book as we saw glimpses of it towards the end of book one. I'm glad this book has moved on to dual POV so that this book shows both sides of the story.
Book two is just as gripping as the first, jam packed with action and twists you'll never see coming. All the burning questions you had from book two will get answered plus many more, so I'll just leave this review here, strongly urging you to one click immediately.

This is the 2nd book in this series and continues straight on from where #1 ended. Esme is back and is stronger and more determined than ever, and Caleb is conflicted whether he can trust her or not, and he is obsessed with his journey of revenge. This is a well written story which is action packed, and is gritty, and with twists, secrets, danger, lies, intrigue, mystery, and is a thrilling story with engaging characters and an in-depth plot. I look forward to reading more from this author and recommend her work for all.

I loved this book as much as I did book1
Caleb and esme were wonderful, caleb was broody while emse was the calm in the storm.
Everything about this story pulled me in, it took my heart on a wild ride and I loved every second of it, i couldnt out it down i read it in one sitting.
Amazing!!, cant wait to learn more the other characters.

I absolutely loved this series, I devoured both books. Actually I had to wait for Bittersweet Revenge and it felt like it took forever 😂 but it was definitely worth the wait..
If you are looking for a great story to get lost in then I would definitely recommend this series. Caleb is my new favorite anti-hero ...

Okay, so I was really counting down the days for this second book and OMG, it is soooo good!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 R.G. Angel did such a great job keeping the story interesting from the start to finish. I’m not going to spoil anything but I can say this: at the end, I’ve cried 😭😭😭. If you haven’t red the first book, Bittersweet Legacy, I highly recommend it because you need to know all the details before starting this book. Bonus: both books are AMAZING!!! Can’t wait to read more of R.G. Angel’s work!

I really enjoyed then conclusion to the story and the very sweet epilogues. It was great to see Caleb grow as a character. The reason I didn’t rate it higher was the whole Caleb trying to sleep with his ex bed buddy even if it didn’t happen. The intent was there and to me it’s a form of cheating. Also the mention of the prostitutes. I was so disappointed to read those scenes. If that hadn’t have happened I would have rated it much higher

I knew this book was guarenteed to be angsty and angry, dangerous and with elements of suprise along the way and I was not disappointed! I got all that I asked for along with swoonworthy moments and a love like no other.
I fell in love with Caleb and Esme in the first book of this series " Bittersweet Legacy" and I loved that this continued their story.
Caleb might be harsh, callous and cold and known as a sociopath, with trust issues, but his heart under the ice is a beautiful thing.
Esme is so pure its amazing. She's so kind, caring and loving. She dazzles you with her innocence in their corrupt world.
They are the opposite of each other on the outside but underneath the hatred and darkness lies something special.
I've loved these two books and all the characters I have come across. R.G Angel is doing them proud that's for sure!
The two further planned books in this series excite me no end. I cant wait for more time with these characters!

I have been chomping at the bits to see how Esme and Caleb's story turns out and I FLOVED their conclusion in Bittersweet Revenge. My patience was so worth the wait. Esme's story is emotional heartfelt and I loved how you see her strength grow and her true feelings unravel with each page. Oh my Caleb, I loved this broody alpha hole since the first book and in Bittersweet Revenge he became my favorite. His character is angry and always feels he has to have his guard up, and there's one part in the book where I cried so hard because of his reactions and emotions that all I wanted was for him to catch a break. Throw in Archie, Katrina and Antoine and I couldn't get enough of this group. Throughout the twists and turns I loved every minute of it. I can't wait for more of this group, especially Archie's story!! I love when I can find a new to me one click author and R. G. Angel is most definitely that.

Caleb and Esme were PERFECT in this book! Esme is back to prove herself. She's feisty and fierce. Caleb is angry and doesn't trust Esme. He wants revenge and battles his own feelings. One thing is for sure their chemistry is still there and as explosive as ever.
Lies, secrets, and betrayal are lurking around every corner of this book. Angel had me on the edge of my seat needing more. I couldn't get enough but never wanted it to end.

I didnt think I could love book 2 better than book 1 and damn i did!! I was so waiting for this book and it didn't disapoint at all.
I loved it had dual POV - it helped me to get into Caleb's head and i'm so in love with him now!!
The plot took me mby surprised and i'm so happy that some bully romance out there have actual strong plots like it's the case in the Patricians series.
I adored them all and I'm dying to read about the others characters - R.G is now a one-clic author for me!

Esme and Caleb's conclusion was great. Full of secrets and suspense this duet had me hooked me from book one. Esme is so sweet and kind and Caleb was cold and calculating but Esme is his weakness but together they complete each other.

The conclusion is epic and mind blowing..I loved how the boys teamed up and all the twists were totally unexpected.With a burning chemistry and all the possessiveness I loved reading every single page of this book. Cant wait to read Archie's book.

I really liked this book and it was so good to be back in this world. There were a lot going on and some of them I didn't see coming. Some were good and some were not that good but everything ended so well for Esme and Caleb. I liked both of them and they were so good for each other. I think Esme brought up best in Caleb. Can't wait for Archie's and Taylor's story.

Got lucky to win an ARC and OMG books 2 is even better than book 1. I loved the dual POV and it really helped me to understand Caleb better. Esme is also a very strong yet kind and loving.
The story was well written and managed to take me by surprise.

HOLY HELL! R.G. Angel leveled up with Bittersweet Revenge! Since it picks back up where Book 1 left off, YOU HAVE TO READ Bittersweet Legacy (Book 1) FIRST! Esme is a fantastic heroine full of sass & a feisty spirit which really messes with Caleb's head. He's a bit dark since he's been focused on revenge for her betrayal, so he definitely doesn't know what to do with his feelings getting stronger. It makes for an intense push & pull that continually shoots sparks in every direction which was so fun to watch to be honest. That's not to say he didn't do some questionable things in my eyes because he did, and I'm #TEAMESME ALL THE WAY, so I did call him a few names of the colorful variety. On the upside, the twists & turns were all over the place, coming in so hot that I couldn't do anything but drop loud f-bomb after loud f-bomb which is my favorite place to be! I really hope that we get more of this series with secondaries getting their own spotlight story (hint hint), but in the meantime, hit those one click buttons for Esme & Caleb's story! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I loved the ending to this story! Great character development and plots twists you won’t see coming. I couldn’t put it down, I needed to know what was happening. There were times I couldn’t swipe fast enough.
Bittersweet Revenge picks up we’re Bittersweet Legacy left off. Esme left, but now she’s back. Caleb doesn’t rust her. He acts like he despises her. Esme, being the sweetheart she is, just goes with the flow. She figures she deserves his wrath for leaving him in the first place. In the midst of all this, Esme is still working to uncover the truth about her mother’s death. When the search turns dangerous, will Caleb be there to protect her?
If you like enemies to lovers and bully romance, I highly recommend this series!

Love love loved how Caleb and Esme story ended.
In this one I liked how much everyone suffered for a little bit 😈. Sorry but it made everyone realize their wrongs and acknowledge their feelings. I felt the plot was well written, good flow of events and the characters growth showed.
I was so mad at Caleb at most of the book, I understand that he felt betrayed and was really mad but that thing he did was no excuse, he didn’t want what his parents had and he was going for the same instead of fixing things with Esme and Esme needed to grabbed him sooner and say all of it, so no secrets could tear them apart anymore.
But the way everything unfolded was beautifully done. I cannot wait for Archie and Taylor’s story.

OMG a thousand yes’ the conclusion to Caleb and Esme is everything it should be and more..
More drama, more angst, steamy scene’s, alphaness, adoration, possessiveness.
