I recommend this book to those who have a sugar addiction. I think that it would be more helpful if there were lists of foods that are no’s and suggestions on foods that are yes’s. Look out for foods that list high fructose corn syrup in the first few ingredients. Overall the book was very helpful and appreciated the chapter summaries. 🙂
The summary text was an encouraging read designed for all to know that the food and beverage industries have made us in the US addicted to white flour and sugar. By adding these ingredients to our foods more and more over the last 40 years we have been forced into an addiction. Hopefully the full text will include the how tos.
