An excellent critique of the still widely used model that exists in the Africentric learning community. Anpim's critiques are thoughtful and over a decade later, as I read them, still on point. The failure to correct these issues then had now led to the Roman circus of debates we now see.

We must begin to utilize new/old ways of teaching necessary information in ways that allow students to put said information to immediate use to improve our community's situation. Bravo to Anpim for calling attention to this issue!
