Growing up in Chicago wasn't easy for anyone and especially for two 18 year olds on a come up to become rich. Gee and Dre are two high school drop outs, selling drugs to make a way for them and their grandma's to survive in the hood. They are hungry for the good life and quickly form a by any means mentality to become the biggest drug dealers in the Chi. Go back 10 years to see Blaze and Murder before they were on top and witness the come up of the future legends we've grown to love.
Poorly written. Misspelled words, run-on sentences, incorrect use of 'to' & 'too', 'their' & 'they're ', 'an' & 'a' & 'women' & 'woman'. Names were lowercase. In 2009, there was no 'ding' to indicate an inbox because Messenger wasn't released until 2011. When Facebook was first created, it was for college students, and enrollment had to be verfied. No one named 'Guns Blazing' would be allowed to have account at that time.
What should've taken an hour to read took two days because I struggled to ignore overwhelming amount of mistakes. The drama was on point though. This author can develop a story. The back story was top notch and connected to the first two books. No denying that! But this author needs an editor.
Lil Gee and Dre (blaze and murder) was bout it from day one! Cream done messed up getting them involved in his mess. I guess he didnt think 2 young bucks would or could come for him like they did. Murder really living up to his name. Every and anybody had to go! If I was Daja what was never understood shouldn't have to be explained. Cream knew just what he was doing and quite frankly I think he is lying. Shoots even if he was telling the truth, his credibility wasnt even solid anymore. Blaze and Murder bout to run Chicago wild!
Kept me on the edge of my seat ! Can't wait for the next book
Very good book I like how it took us through their child hoods to see why they are the way they are now ....would recommended this book to all my book lover friends
I gave this a five star rating because it deserved it have read the other books about these two and it was great to be a look at how they became who they are now just curious about Dana though
I'm mad that I keep getting left hanging on! The end of these books drive me to drinking!!!!! I can't wait for the next one, but extra happy that the series is complete without delay! I loving the story so I'm headed to the next book!
