Relaxed Focus
I enjoyed this book, great insights/tips to improve your mindset. The more you can get into a relaxed focus, life slows down and you can respond property instead of reactive. The audio book is awesome with input and discussion with his wife Mary. My only knock is the kindle version, not in a kindle format .. It's an exact copy of the book formatting there you don't have all the kindle benefits.
