A lot of recipes I'm not sure I'll use, especially for wild game, but the info on baking is very helpful.

The first year of my marriage and an extremely novice cook - and living in Albuquerque, NM - this book was my cooking bible. If you've ever tried to master divinity in high altitude, this is the book! One good thing about New Mexico and divinity, though - humidity is not the reason your divinity won't turn out right :)
